The room was spacious and comfortable and clean great cereal selection

Sad that I wasn't aware the pool and gym were going to be closed on booking.com. The breakfast wasn't what I was expecting.

Needs a little TLC but still a nice place to stay

We have stayed here before and like that it is easily accessible from I95, clean, and has a full kitchen and separate bedroom.

The hotel is getting older and could use a little TLC in some areas. The fixtures in the bathroom are getting a bit rusty, the tub floor was extremely slippery, and the bathroom fan didn’t work. There weren’t any kitchen paper towels, dish towels or wash cloths, and only one hand towel in the bathroom.

not worth it, not for how the bad the room was. rented to help save but couldn’t do so.

the ideal it was a suite. it was for the majority of the time quiet except one bedroom always heard those upstairs, dropping things

first morning went to take a shower no hot water. tried to call phone cord was broken, hand to hold on them was told by front desk it’s normal. lights flashing in bathroom have child with epilepsy, cuts in carpet, missing pictures off the walls, no doors locked, paint was peeling off the walls, couch was not a couch to fold out but a makeshift futon that was so hard added our blankets and no extra blankets in the room. couldn’t cook as the fire alarm went off as soon as you started to cook with no smoke or such. toilet always ran and wouldn’t shut off. no space on sink. sorry sounds bad but when your paying how much a night oh and speaking of cost, was downstairs and a gentleman was checking in said something about the price, he was given a discount of almost half with me having gotten no discount.

Comfortable and spacious - breakfast a letdown

Nice size, comfortable beds and quiet location, friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy.

Breakfast was a let down for the price - Continental only no hot options other than rolls and gravy and breakfast room was way to small for size of hotel, crowded and difficult to find a space to sit was a big disappointment for me.

The size of the kitchenette

The picture on the advertisement was misleading. The picture made it appear that the bedroom was enclosed by walls, but it was not. The toilet ran constantly and it overflowed.

My state was horrible the first room was very smelly and the second room was mediocre but it also had stains on the sofa

The first room that they assigned us to was absolutely filthy and it smelled musty. it was so bad I had to switch rooms! my question is why didn’t they put us in a decent room in the first place!?

Didn’t like anything about the property at all I didn’t like how the staff put us in a horrible room and then just act like it was nothing to put us in a much better room that didn’t smell.

For me personally, I felt all was well - my husband felt the bed was too hard.

I personally thought the bed was quite comfy; my husband on the other hand did not feel that the bed was comfy. He felt it was too hard.

My husband did not think the bed was comfortable. Also, we didn't like that channel listings for television were not available. I just happened to mention it and fortunately, it was sent up. People are too worried about COVID!

Great stay

We liked the location as it is close by many things Walmart, stores, and food. Very convenient.

There wasn’t anything that made us not want to stay so everything was pretty good. Just a couple little stains on the curtains, and the tv stand was scratched.

The room was CLEAN. Comfortable. Enjoyed the room.

I called ahead to ask if the hot tub worked I was told yes. Got here asked desk clerk, he said yes. Get out there the pool was GREEN and the hot tub jets were not working. I booked this hotel for that main reason. I get it hottubs tend to break alot but you couldn't even get in the pool. I had plans of sitting by the pool. I was so angry!
