AC was too loud and bathroom door squeaked

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

One of the washrags had a dark brown stain on one corner. The room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The coffee was lukewarm and I asked an employee to warm it up she said are you sure it’s not just a meal that is very cold. I poured out some coffee by itself and yes, it was lukewarm. She Just made me feel like I was lying

Good location and clean.

Staff did not seem interested in us being there. Woke up after midnight by loud voices and footsteps or jumping from room above us. Value hot breakfast foods j edible like other Hamptons.

They did Not made the beds, neither they change the towels. The swimming pool’s speakers were on all night!?!? Breakfast regular. Pillows too soft, when trying to contact front desk the room’s phone didn't work!?!?
