It was somewhere to sleep!

Think they need to look up the word quality!! Lights didn't work, planes were literally landing on top of you at all hours, once again there were hairs left in the bathroom. And at 0300 we had to tell people to stop smoking weed outside our room. They've spent money doing up the reception area to make you think it's going to be a nice place. Once again booking.com pictures lie!

Location, the water in the shower was hot, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable.

No shuttle service from the airport for late check in guests. The breakfast was poor, the bathroom appeared to be under repairs, couldn’t tell if the floor was clean, coffee maker dusty. The decor was less than basic.

The people were nice but the property was filthy and no working tvs

Found stains on bed sheet which I understand sometimes stains can not be removed but I was able to remove it with a disinfectant wipe which was disgusting

Servicio a la habitación incompleto. No hicieron ni cambiaron las sábanas por 4 días de mi estancia….solo cambiaron toallas, y cuando hicieron la cama no dejaron ninguna toalla???!!?!!!!

The manager ignore us and the employees are really rude making fun of us and obligate us to keep a dirty room!

Good value for money - clean room & bathroom - close to airport - decent room size - decent breakfast - at walking distance to gas station, taco bell and several shops.

Hallway carpet seems to smell "aged'.

Quarto amplo com ótimas camas e bem equipado. Frigobar, microondas, ferro e secador de cabelo.

Sempre faltava alguma coisa depois da arrumação. Ou eram toalhas, ou pano de chão ou papel higiênico. Todos os dias tínhamos que pedir na recepção.

Tolle Atmosphäre. Swimmingpool. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Anfahrt auch toll. Zentrumsnah.

Verkehrslärm, Flugverkehr. Für uns hat trorzdem alles gepasst.

Pequeno almoço só a partir das 7 horas da manhã, sem oferta de qualquer coisa ainda que simples antes dessa hora. Transfer para o aeroporto só 1 vez por hora.

Para el valor no cumplió mis expectativas,teníamos una reserva anterior en Radisson q se canceló por cambio de vuelo y se pidió reagendar y no lo hicieron

Las camas muy pequeñas y el baño un poco sucio

Zimmer und Bett soweit ok, Personal freundlich, Frühstück recht gut. Minimarkt im Haus.

Sehr laut an der Autobahn, alte Fenster, die nicht isolieren. Das Haus hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Außen relativ frisch gestrichen, innen ungepflegt. Dreckige Fenster, kein WLAN im Zimmer, nur in der Lobby und auf dem Gang. Die ausgeschaltete Kllmaanlage surrt dennoch die ganze Nacht. TV mit mangelndem Signal, Kakerlake im Bad (3. OG). Beim Öffnen der Jalousie am Morgen fiel diese komplett aus der Halterung auf die Klimaanlage...

There were so many things missing from our room. There was no cup or glass to drink from. There was no hand towel to wash your hands. There was no bathmat to put down to stand on. The sheets were so worn and thin. The light outside our room was burned out, and it was dark. The television was terrible, it wasn’t HDTV, and there was nothing to watch. And the screen picture was blurry. The pillows were so small and so worn. there were no hangers.

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar… a cama era estranha, estava com manchas de sujeira e o edredom era rasgado. Achamos que pagamos um valor considerado para se ter o básico, mas tivemos esta surpresa um pouco desagradável. Além disso, os funcionários não eram hospitaleiros, faziam pouco caso do cliente e nada simpáticos.

Pues las camas rechinan, el baño no estaba realmente limpio, la habitación olía a humedad y polvo, espero puedan acondicionar y volver más acogedor el lugar…

O café da manhã é horrível. Suco de saquinho, pão duro e o ovo não dá pra comer. Não tem café quente. Tivemos que sair e tomar café numa BAKERY. Quarto escuro e com cheiro de umidade/mofo. Enfim, não me hospedarei mais.

En el desayuno solo hay huevo revuelto , no había más opciones .. solo pan y huevo revuelto , no se limpia la habitación , no había toallas , jabón, ni papel , cuando fui a buscar ponen cara los de la recepción , el aire acondicionado hacía ruido, se informó y nunca les importó. En el turno de la noche en recepción tienen personas amargadas y de mal carácter que no tienen intención de ayudar. Busque otro hotel y gaste un poco más , Saludos.

Took over 2 hours for the airport shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The rooms are very dark and the lighting is poor. The bathroom needed some updating

Café da manhã é pão, manteiga, ovo mexido e waffle. Tem café, leite e suco. Simples mas ok. Um pouco barulhento, mas pedimos pra mudar pros fundos e melhorou muito.

The staff were very friendly at the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable with a microwave and a fridge which was very convenient.

The location was good and the shuttle service was very convenient. The bed was ok and breakfast, while repetitive and with little variety, did the job.

The room was damp and not very clean. Towels were thin and worn and the ceiling and walls seemed to be dripping from the moisture or ac of other rooms. There was sewage swell in the bathroom and I had to constantly spray lisol.
