A user friendly, convenient place to stay, and I would stay there again.

Our families rooms were spacious enough for our sightseeing stay. Beds very comfortable and crisp clean linens, the extra pillows on bed were of assorted firmness and comfortable. Towels were white and fluffy or a standard weight. (Not at all stained or threadbare). Bathroom supplies were shower wall hung containers of a shampoo, a conditioner, and a body gel. Sink counter had bar hand soap, plus coffee pods and small coffee pod machine and set up. Also a hair blow dryer. Adequate amenities. A good sized Refrig in room. Microwave available for your use 24/7 downstairs off lobby. Buffet breakfast area and the set up area was clean and well stocked and serviced by hard working and friendly staff. The Foods offered were several from hot to cold foods, and fresh fruit, and were very adequate to start your day off. The Coffee(s) and Tea(s) Bar area / service offered complimentary was EXCELLENT. Parking garage was very convenient and gated at about $28 per day. Narrow lined spaces. Very tight on sides within your lined space, if your vehicle was large. Other non gated and wider parking offered near by. Reception desk personal were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reception area 3 chairs need immediate disposal or reupholstering as very dirty. The one couch was OK. Pool was refreshing and clear water. Small area but still a nice offering.

Elevator broke on our day of arrival and remained out of order, as needing a part ordered. This happens, not hotels fault! A small employee used elevator was available for your use, if you desired. Stairway did have handrails, although they were sticky from humidity and use.

Excellente situation !

Proche du centre, situé dans une rue plutôt calme. Literie confortable, chambre et équipements propres. Petit déjeuner varié, réapprovisionné régulièrement. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Hôtel très propre !

Attention, parking (payant) aux places limitées et assez étroites.

Ruhiges Hotel im turbulenten New Orleans

Herrlicher ruhiger Innenhof in den die meisten Zimmer schauen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Frühstück klassisch und für Europäer nicht gut.

Super hotel, but breakfast was very disappointing

Location, and lovely staff

Breakfast. The hot dishes were not at all good ( stayed 3 days). Good to see plenty of fresh fruit, nice selection of breads and cereals and a great waffle maker. You just need to ensure that the cooked offerings are of a better standard, and it would be perfect.

Tolles Domizil für einen Kurztrip nach New Orleans

Super ausgestattetes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage aber dennoch fußläufig zur Bourbon Street. Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch nicht zu wünschen übrig. Toller Innenbereich mit Springbrunnen und Pool und es schaut exakt aus wie auf den Fotos! Daumen Hoch und weiter so!

Die Parkplätze waren etwas eng durch die baulichen Gegebenheiten.

Hôtel bien situé proche du French quarter. Cour intérieure agréable Propreté des chambres

Équipements et chambres vieillots. Climatisation chauffage qui fait le bruit d’un avion donc inutilisable la nuit. Petit déjeuner très basique

Classy Best Western mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Zimmer in guter Größe, sauber, Ausstattung fein. Lage am Rande des French Quarters ok, alles im Viertel in max. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Klassischer French Quarter Look des Hotels, schöner grüner Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool. Parkplatz im Hotel für 20 $ pro Nacht ist gut im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Hotels.

Bett war zu weich.

A charming hotel in a great location to enjoy the New Orleans vibe.

The location was perfect and all the staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was charming and the king size bed was so comfortable, whilst the hearty breakfast set us up for each day of our stay, Although we didn't use the pool it looked very inviting on the warm days we were there and will give it a try next time that we visit,

We are not coffee drinkers, so would have preferred a kettle in the room, so we could could have made ourselves tea.

Great stay

Great location, within walking distance of everyone in the French quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was brilliant. Bed was comfortable and clean The ambiance of the room was very on theme.

The room could really have used a deep clean. There were cobwebs in most corners, and hairs still stuck in the showers. Door were sticky and dirty. Scuff marks everywhere on all the walls. Room has so much potential. Taking in to consideration it’s been a busy season but little things like a good clean make all the difference.

Such a great place and the room was immaculate

This hotel has the absolute best staff! This time we got a room with one king size bed and it was great! Room was nice and clean. The location is a literal 5 minute walk to the bar that my friends work at.

The only thing I did not like (but I'm sure its not the hotel's fault) was that when I had the hot water turned all the way on in the shower, it only got luke warm. I was wanting a nice HOT shower. But that is my only complaint.

Great place to stay in NOLA

Excellent location to everything a first time visitor to New Orleans would need. I food it easy walking distance to everything, including places of interest and tours. I liked that it wasn't in the heart of French Quarter so I wasn't bothered by any noise. Stayed for 4 nights. Cute hotel, exactly the look and price I was going for. Enjoyed last day by the pool before flying out. Staff were friendly and helpful on the whole, giving restaurant recommendations and suggestions of places to avoid after dark as a solo female traveller. Would stay here again.

A few times I asked breakfast staff about refills of things that had run out and they appeared grumpy and simply replied "we're out". Breakfast was basic but plentiful bar the time when they have no butter or milk left ( I suspect they didn't want to have to feel with only 30 mins left on breakfast ).

Excelente location and breakfast options

The hotel is beautiful and well located, the breakfast has many options, specially if you are traveling with someone with diabetes, there is sugarless syrup for the pancakes, which is very nice.

The hotel is an older building so the door of our room was difficult to close and once we arrived the door was left open by the cleaning lady, luckily nothing was lost. This was notified to the manager.
