Older and very loud. If I had not been so tired I would not have checked in and found another motel.

I would stay here again when I’m back in the area. not a five star hotel but not a dump either.

updated bed area with hardwood floors, decent A/C, quiet location and courteous staff.

bathroom in desperate need of remodel, no adequate pet area, no breakfast as advertised, cleaning standards should be higher but for small town accommodations and for the price, my family really enjoyed it and made due with what was there.

absolute train wreck--never again

the un-cleaned dog poo in the parking lot was very decorative

Smoke alarm needed a new battery and the desk clerk (only employee didn't know how) 1st rooms frig was leaking , second room had a gap under door, cracked floor in bath coffee colored water, bad sheet rocking job, nail poking through the flooring. And when we came back from an outing the door was open and the same clerk was not concerned at all.

The Lakeview Lodge has gone downhill since the Ruby Pipeline project 11 years ago.

Hassi, the only staff present, was a very kind man. I felt bad that he appeared to have been abandoned there to caretaker the place. He didn’t have enough English to be doing the job he was tasked for, but he was very friendly and willing.

The giant mirror wasn’t mounted properly and almost fell on me when I sat down next to it. The shower wasn’t even warm and the valve had been put together wrong. I fixed it with a screwdriver, but didn’t figure it out until taking cold showers for 4 days. The room was infested with ants. I didn’t want to trouble Hassi, because I knew he didn’t have enough English to understand and was probably feeling very isolated and lonely, having only a few months in country and was being tasked with an old motel that has seen better days.

In and out no bells and whistles. Clean.

It's basic. But it was clean. It's an old motor lodge. You park in the courtyard. Lakeview has better/newer hotels. Need a place that will take your pet for $15?

Don't take the second floor if you have a pet. The stairs up are open metal grating. Dogs get confused.

Hot water! The water in the sink and shower was cold, made it damn hard to bathe!

Maybe avoid this place until they get it rentavated

Not much to like

When I went to check in I had a 2 bed room. When I got to the counter the clerk said they didn't have 2 beds so I had to share a king. Went to take a shower felt like I was going to fall threw the tub and we had a few bugs in the bed with us. The room wasn't really clean. Wasn't satisfied with my stay at all.

If outside was maintained, and rooms painted, facility would be more presentable.

Breakfast was not served. Property was close to our final destination.

Although breakfast was advertised, it was not served during our stay. Bathroom had mold on shower wall and toilet was old and broken. Room was not as advertised or as pictured. Exposed pipes in rooms was a hazard. Facility was not maintained, grass was not mowed and paint on buildings was lacking.

It was a bed with a bathroom

It was a place to sleep?

No breakfast, even though it says breakfast was included. The room had open ceilings with water pipes. The bathroom had a different pitch in the floor. Couch was dirty. Nook the couch was in had loose flooring and a lump in the floor.

Obscenly dirty.

The layout of the room is great, and it is really close to everything in town.

It was super dirty, I had never been in such a dirty room before. The floor had a ton of dog hair on it, there were ants, I used almost a whole container of bleach wipes to make it tolerable. The drain in the shower was clogged up, and there was trash all over the parking lot.

The location was good

Parking was bad, stairs and railings in disrepair, gross dirty floor, unclean bathroom, food in the fridge. Being remodeled (I hope) equipment & supplies left out in public view

Beautiful but smelly

Room newly remodeled, bathroom window was open when I got there, closed it went to store , smell in room was very musty , if you have lung or breathing problems go stay at super 8

There is likely a better alternative.

The property was very quiet. We also felt safe there.

The property needs work and money put into it. The bathroom badly needed paint. The coffee pot did not work at all. Although they advertise a continental breakfast, there was nothing.

Extremely poor. No clean water - we could not even take a shower. No privacy curtain in the BR

They advertised that they offered breakfast but the owner told me that it was not available.

Great value and great experience.

The room appeared to be recently renovated, looked nice, and everything worked. The staff upgraded us from a queen to a king room for free and on their on volition! Internet worked good!

The exterior wasn't perfect, but it seemed like they were improving where they could.

No breakfast, lights went out within the first hour of being there. Ceiling had exposed pipes. Couch in room was nice. Heater very loud and we had the room right next to their garage which was noisy

I would never stay there again

There was no breakfast.

Well. Who ever is clean in your rooms don’t even clean the coffee pots they were dirty.

Probably won't stay there again.

It would appear that the new managers of the facility have not taken time to update the bathroom. The paint on the ceiling is peeling, there is black mold beginning to show up in there as well. There is no ventilation.

it snowed 6 inches, the snow plow came by and left a huge berm in the drive way e asked the front desk if they were going to plow the parking lot so we could leave they said no they did not have a plow. we asked for a snow shovel to at least get our car out they did not have one WTH??? absolutely unacceptable!!!! we won’t be back!

Not good value for the money

Located in the center of the small town it’s proximity to everything was great!

so, first off the staff isn’t ever present, just there randomly. second, the property advertises breakfast included with price, but no breakfast was offered. they also need a groundskeeper
