Kamers naast ons waren ze bezig met de renovatie. Omdat je overdag meestal weg bent daar weinig last van gehad. Nergens gelezen over renovatie.

Hotel liegt nahe am International Drive. Wir wollten in die Kia Arena zu den Orlando Magic. Auch das Stadion ist von dem Hotel aus mit dem Auto in ca 20 min gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, vor allem die junge Frau neben dem Empfang, die die Touristen bei den Planungen der Aktivitäten unterstützt. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend und die Schlafcoach für die 5. Person ausreichend bequem. Das Frühstück war auch okay, für den Preis sollte man da aber auch keine Wunder erwarten. Auch der Außenpool ist ausreichend groß, unsere Kinder hatten dort viel Spaß. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

I wanted a hotel that served a hot breakfast and this establishment was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

The hallway rugs could use replacing but the room rugs were fine.

Free breakfast didnt run out of food. The shuttle to Universal was convenient. The hotel was very accomodating when cleanliness wasn't up to par and offered to clean the room. They also moved us to a new room when evidence of bed bugs was found in the first room no questions asked.

Found evidence of bed bugs in first room, and there was lots of hair on the floor when first entering.

Al ingresar nos entregaron una habitación bastante deteriorada con un nivel de humedad muy alto, nos tocó explicar que mi hija tenía asma, y así logramos que nos dieran una habitación excelente, es como si fueran dos hoteles en un uno. No debería pasar ya que uno toma un servicio con base en reviews y al parecer no todas las habitaciones ofrecen este servicio. Al final la habitación estuvo excelente y limpia

The location was nice.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was give 2 full beds and it didn't mention that there was renovation going on in the building. It was very noisy.

Good location and friendly staff.

There were roaches in my bedroom (304) around the fridge. I spoke to the front desk that was very helpful and relocated me to another bedroom (410) - no roaches there.
