The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was amazing, what else could we ask for.

This motel has been doing renovations, and it's better than it once was. Our room was clean and comfortable. We require a n ADA-accessible room, and it was perfect. The room was large and the bathroom had all of the amenities we needed including a shower chair.

The refrigerator didn't get cold. We didn't report it until we were leaving because it wasn't that big of deal to us. The ice machine worked for cooling drinks, so all was well.

I stay at this hotel twice a year for recurring weekend events in a nearby town. Because my dogs must travel with me, the pet-friendly atmosphere suits me well as does the price. As is true at any budget hotel, amenities are few; however, my needs are met. The staff is always friendly and courteous, coffee is available in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in the room, wi-fi is available, and I have never found issues with cleanliness. And there is a good Mexican restaurant next door!

The hotel is undergoing some renovation, so we were relegated to the second floor, which my arthritic knees detested--no complaints about that, though. I think that housekeeping missed our room on Saturday but that's a minor issue--I empty my own wastebaskets at home!😁

great location. right off the interstate. Bob Evans across street and Meijer next door also close to the hospital

comforters on the bed were stained and torn. they are the same ones that they had before Covid. Towels were thing. There were stains on the bathroom walls and it did not feel clean. it felt run down an neglected.

My room was filthy. It had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy and had not been cleaned including the huge sticky mess on the floor by the chair. The toilet was disgusting. There was no towels or wash clothes in room had to go get them. The tv did not work at all. Really disappointed and probably won’t ever stay there again. Pure shame you don’t take pride in hospitality to your guests.

Clean the room,stock it with towels wash clothes and the typical soap and shampoo

Nice Hotel at an Amazing Price

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it's really a great deal. It's located right next a Meijer's and several restaurants. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge and plenty of space. I keep staying here because it's a nice hotel and an incredible value.

the lady at the front desk was nice

we were supposed to have a non-smoking room and the room we were given REEKED of smoke so bad that it was hard to sleep. the pillows and blankets all smelled like cigarette smoke as well. within two minutes of walking into the room I killed a giant cricket. the tub was filthy, there were small holes in the ceiling and paint was peeling off the walls, and there was a yellow residue on the floor that was rubbing off on my cats’ paws. the towels also had a yellow residue on them.

Great Value, good for a short stay.

Great location right off the highway and adjacent to a Meijer's grocery store. Several other restaurants are close by. It's a great value and was much better than I excepted based on the price.

The pillows were terrible.

The stay was fine overall.

The cost was reasonable. The night attendant was very pleasant. I spoke to her briefly before I left early in the morning.

Not able to gain access to the room other than entering through the main entrance/lobby. The other doors were locked, of course. There was no way to use the room card to unlock them. Had to carry cooler, etc. all the way to the room which was a considerable distance.

Rooms were nice, price was right.

Couldn't find the front desk clerk upon leaving around 7 am. Just left the key card on their desk because we had 15 hours of driving ahead of us.

room was filthy, cigarette ashes in the dresser drawers. only 2 towels. was no maid service the 2 day. vending area was non existent.
