Rude staff not worth the stay.

The only thing I liked was the size of the room.

There was no microwave, I preferred a non smoking room, and the worst part about everything was the staff and lack of privacy. I only stayed for one night and during that duration we weren't walked in on not once but twice! The staff was very rude and inconsiderate worst place I ever stayed in my life because if the staff.

Worst motel we've ever stayed in!

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great!

The smell of the room was horrible. It smelled like rotten food. When we went to complain, the kid at the front desk came to our room and sprayed it. Not once did he ask if there was anything else we needed or even apologized. He got on to us because of our pet, and we told him we booked the room with pets. and when we spoke to you on the phone, prior to checking in, we reminded you of our pet. We asked for another room that same day, and they refused us. There were roaches in the room and the phone wasn't working. We had to go to the store to buy air freshners and pillows because they said they didn't have extra pillows

Good economical place to stay while in town.We were pleased by how nice the property was maintained.

Wasn't told about any breakfast. Very easy to access. Courteous manager. Clean property.

Musty smell seemed to come from air conditioner.My wife wiped mold from the window frame. Manager sprayed something around the room, but it didn't help much.

it was easy to get to the room and move baggage up the stairs.

I would definitely recommend Studio 6 North Richland Hills!

The room was very nice and very well kept. We loved how lit the property was at night too! Definitely felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.

Exceptional

Customer service was top notch! The burner in our room was not working, so they moved us to another room very quickly. Very much enjoyed staying here

Very good

Nice room fairly clean. Easy to get around room at night when I needed to get to kitchenette or bathroom.

I also like the fact there were restaurants available for any choice of eating.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at..

The hotel i had reservations at was overbooked and it was late and this was close and they gave me a room really quick and easy.

Roaches and bugs everywhere.. on the AC.. all over the floor.. the walls.. the bathroom.. the table.. the fridge.. inside the fridge.. room stunk.. left the lights on the whole night to try to keep bugs away but it only half way worked.. AC never got the room very cool.. no way I was getting a good night's sleep..

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Everything you would need was in the room and ready for use. I booked in advance and the air conditioner was already running making the room cool and ready to enjoy.

The AC unit that we had in our room didn't work properly and they didn't have another room to switch us too. It was on low all night and didn't cool the room
