Front desk staff
The rooms were not clean, valet staff inattentive. Hair & pet fur were in both rooms. (That is a pic of hair hanging from the TV!!) Upon my arrival Valet did not come to my vehicle to assist me with anything. He just watched me from inside the hotel.

Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good but seems like a basic eggs, sausage, and bacon buffet should be complimentary with the cost of the room instead of having to pay for it.

We loved the location, it was close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and drinks. The rooftop pool was gorgeous. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The rainfall showers are great after long days!
The hotel's air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and it was very warm inside. Only one elevator was working at it was a very busy weekend, therefore we would be waiting for the elevator for long periods of time. The hotel room phone was not working to call down to the front desk. We also asked for extra towels at the front desk and they forgot to bring them so we had to go back and get them later on. The parking garage could be simplified, you have to get a new ticket and get it verified at the front desk every time you come back, it's just not very convenient for guests.

I like the security with the key cards being keyed only for your floor. I liked the design of the bathroom. Big shower!

The Fontaine was easy to find and the lobby was nicely decorated. It was easy to determine where to go and the staff was friendly.
The hotel was not the easiest to find and there is not much room to pull up to check-in or out. Our room was clean but I would not say “spotless”.

Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel, we loved our room, very comfortable. Was nice to have breakfast and bar options. Very close to the plaza restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
Bathroom was a little dirty, we were given free champagne for the inconvenience which was nice. Wish we would have been able to go out on the rooftop

The staff were helpful both in check in and in apologising when the restaurant was empty at lunch. Also the person at coffee in the morning did a great job. The tub and shower were excellent.
It's not cheap hotel, but for that reason I expected the details to be a bit better, but my room needed new paint, the side tables and plugs seemed out dated. The bathroom had obviously been redone, and the tub was fantastic, but the caulking was sloppy, like the renovation had been rushed or done cheaply.

wasn’t as clean as I expected. lots of fried splattered paint on floor, touch ups of paint needed -mini bar in room was misrepresented

They do not have room service. You want to order something, you have to go to their bar to pick it up… and they charge you a 20% fee for that “Room Service “ Also, the room was dusty, nightstands covered with dust.

location was great
We were told there was a free French breakfast, not so. it wasn’t free, nor French. There were plastic cups for water and throw away cups for coffee. I felt like I was paying top dollar for a Motel 6. I asked the manager to call me, but never got a call.
