Location to a lagoon was great!
The bathrooms we’re disgusting.. clubs of hair in the showers. We rented two room and both were the same. Tons of hair in the shower.. the sofa couch was very dirty one had mold

nice scenery and mall
staff was rude and blew us off, did not have room anywhere near ready when we arrived for check in at 3, had to wait over an hour to finally get to our room after having the check in person roll her eyes at us.

Great location. Walking distance to shops, dining, and Utah University medical building.
Way overpriced. They are a 3 star hotel and charge 4 star prices. Bed was lumpy…cheap mattress and bedding. Room was nothing special, in fact the other hotel I stayed at for 1/2 the price was more luxurious. Breakfast was just okay. I just think for the prices they charge, they need to upscale!

Location was good, hotel staff was not informative whatsoever and my reservation took $$ of my card as well as again when I arrived. At this point the hotel has received nearly $400 for one night. I will be seeking funds back to my account Monday a.m.
Booked room because it described having a bar. That was a complete joke. The staff again was zero help in any questions or recommendation that I inquired about.

The breakfast and the majority of the staff was great.
I booked 2 nights with Booking.com and was supposed to be $370 but when I checked in it was $400. The gentleman at the check in did not care of the difference in price. I even showed him the confirmation from Booking that included all the taxes. He said I would have to take it up with Booking.com if I elected not to stay there I would have been charged the first night due to less than 24 hours cancelation.

The location was great! The hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Huge hot tub and fun pool! This hotel was VERY quiet. I loved that.
The breakfast is not great. The presentation was beautiful but the food was… meh… This may affect whether we stay here again. We also asked the front desk to have our room tidied up because our kids were going to join us for the night and we wanted them to have the WOW factor. We cleaned up before we left so there wasn’t much to do but she didn’t even make one of the beds. I finally noticed that someone had been there because there was a new washcloth on the sink and on the towel rack.. so confusing.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and everything you could need or want was in a walking proximity. Will definitely stay there again 😊

clean. breakfast was really good. the gym was clean with good options for working out. location was fantastic and close to shopping, restaurants and movie Theater . lots of things to do. staff was friendly. bed was comfy. really enjoys our stay. Well needed get away with my spouse
pillows could be uncomfortable but not a big at all.

excellent location, sofa bed was an extra for a family trip. The room was very clean and the beds were confortable. Our favorite part was the beyond excellent service provided by the attendants at the breakfast buffet, they were very attentive, welcomed everyone with a smile, the lady there is such a great asset to any business.
