Decent … hotel is in really bad shape needs maintenance

Location

When we arrived at check in the lady at front desk said the room was not prepaid which I had done with booking.com .. she asked for another form of payment which I paid because I didn’t understand why she was charging me since I had showed her the payment on my business capital one card. She was adamant saying room was not paid and had me repay it ….then I was issued a credit because she said booking.com doesn’t update them with payments …. Very confusing. !! The room was decent not as it was noted on the website as excellent !!! It should say Fair I chose this location because it’s review was excellent but that is incorrect and misleading

Good place to stay with easy airport access

Breakfast and other facilities were a bonus we weren’t expecting. Great sized room with good fittings. Hassle free access and free easy parking. Quick stroll up the road to a number of options for dinner. Easy to find and to get from to the airport.

Disappointed most of all in the issues we had. Decent room, breakfast and friendly staff.

A few issues we had.. that made me disappointed in our stay.. 1-Our mini fridge did not work, after speaking to the front desk about it we were told they were busy and he would try and help out but we never heard back and our leftovers went to waste. 2-The WiFi did not work, not a huge deal..but irritating when it is suppose to come with the room. 3-We woke up to ants all on the bathroom counter & inside the sink. In the towels and whatever was left sitting on the counter over night. They had a trail going. Lastly, bring your own drinks..$25 for 5 bottles of drinks was ridiculous. The staff were friendly for most part. The rooms were decent/clean. The pool area was nice and pool was clean. The breakfast was great, a lot of options..

Should’ve been better on our fist time visiting that area

It was clean

We booked a kind suit and when we got there they gave us a two queen bedroom. We needed a king because I have a tall husband so it wasn’t comfortable at all. I was very disappointed that they didn’t let me know before hand.

Rooms and bathroom very clean, pool was nice, a bit cold bit they kids enjoyed it. Nice facilities, location is great, a lot of good restaurant's close to it. 1st night we order pizza from Tony's and they deliver to the hotel, highly recommended, very good.

Great Short Stay

Had a nice stay at this hotel during a recent trip to Dallas. The rooms are a great size and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the AC was keeping us cool from the Texas heat. There was plenty of parking and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not partake in the breakfast during our stay, but it looked good as we passed one morning. The hotel is in a good location nearby several restaurants and shopping/convenience stores if you forgot something!

There were very few towels provided in the bathroom. I was traveling with my significant other and it appeared that only a few towels were supplied in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for more as daily housekeeping had to be requested and was not provided each day; not a big deal, just seemed suited to a single traveler rather than a couple.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

Such a nice hotel! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, wonderful breakfast with different options each day! With family living in the neighborhood, I will stay here from now on.

The room was not serviced during my stay- I was told rooms are cleaned every 4th day. That’s lousy.

It was great except for the front desk staff.

The breakfast was great, the room was great and the facility was great.

The rooms are very nice and the hotel and breakfast are great. My problem was the two gentlemen that worked the front desk. One argued with me about my reservation even though I had the information in my hand. My mother had asked a few simple questions and had also mentioned the recent death of her husband and the other gentleman’s attitude was extremely un compassionate and rude. He rudely said Jesus Christ, made comments under his breath and gave her a dirty look and the other gentleman laughed at how he treated her. They walked behind the door of the front desk laughed and complained about her where she could hear. She was left standing at the desk with her eyes welling up. She was in tears in the elevator. If you aren’t a people person, you shouldn’t be working in hospitality period. Even if someone isn’t hearing you there’s a better way to handle it. Especially if someone told you their husband of 52 years just died. You have no idea what someone has gone through and a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never stay here again and we are Hilton Rewards customers and frequent this area. We have told and have had our extended family members stay here several times in the past recent months. We will ALL take our business elsewhere from now on.
