As soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were staying at a quality rental. The owners were always accessible to help with any questions or concerns. The place was extremely clean and updated and the location to the main beach was perfect. Extremely satisfied and will definitely rent again.

We rented both units for the week. The property is as described. We celebrated a much needed vacation with a relaxing and peaceful place to just relax. Close to everything without being in a noisy environment this is the second time I have stayed here and look forward to many more. Tammy and Mark are awesome. Thanks for the opportunity to bring my family together.

This was a perfect house for a week at the beach. It was very clean with many more amenities than we planned. Fully stocked kitchen as far as plates, utensils and cooking items. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Bonus with the laundry. Made it so easy to not pack a ton of clothes. A short 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach right up the road near the public restrooms. Will definitely be staying here again!

upon arriving on our family vacation (New destination starting new traditions) i open the front door & they bought my boys beach toys as well as left an very sweet welcoming note! We are hoping to make this our new annual family vacation spot 2 continue making beautiful family memories ❤ Thank you very much you guys My little family was very comfortable & happy!

This was the best beach rental my family and I have ever rented. The house was immaculately clean and very spacious. The owner was easily accessible via phone during our week. The distance to the beach was a 5 minute walk and it was off the busy area of the beach. There is plenty of room for up to 3 vehicles, a grill and outside seating. I was most impressed with how clean the place was! Plenty of room for up to 9 people.We will certainly be booking this home again!

Love love love the rental Tammy and hubby we will be back next year,I have been up here for fifty years and by far this is the best going thru a private owner,have had very bad experience with rentals thru Preston and Harrison rentals not clean or safe.

We really enjoyed our week in this pretty, clean, comfortable beach house! Tammy and Mark were both super responsive before and during our stay and the house was well equipped. The location is a happy balance of being close to the beach, yet on an off-shoot road that is a bit more quiet and "homey" than being on the boulevard or a lettered street. We especially liked having the grill and deck to cook and eat outside a couple nights. That was a nice added feature. Finally, the property had lovely decorating touches throughout the house that the photos don't do justice. These little things made it feel welcoming, like we were staying in someone's beloved home. Very nice. Highly recommend and we hope that that we can return next year!

We just came back from staying one week in this lovely home. The stay was fabulous from the moment we arrived to when we left. The place was meticulously clean and updated, lovingly renovated, and the beds were comfortable and well appointed. There was a little trouble with the wifi the first evening due to connection and server issues and Tammy so quickly responded to our inquiries and resolved the issues in a prompt and very professional manner. Owners were very available for questions and inquiries. There were wonderful well thought out details to the home like board games to play on lazy evenings or rainy days. ...a slow cooker on site as well as many kitchen supplies you'd not expect to be there and we appreciated them so much. For example, aluminum baking trays and plastic storage containers.... location was quiet and just far enough to not have the noise of the main Hampton beach strip but close enough to walk two blocks to the beach and activities. Washing machine and dryer on site were a godsend and made bringing less clothes a fantastic benefit. Vacuum and dusting pan and broom were there as well which made for easy cleaning and keeping place beautiful. Lovely ballcony area with patio set and umbrella and BBQ made for great family suppers outside on the patio , watching the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. highly recommended! . You won't be disappointed. :) Thanks Tammy so much for your lovely service and hospitality!

This home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Tammy was right on top of her rental and just a phone call away. I would highly recommend this home and we would definitely rent this home again. It was prestine and we truly were so happy. Since we spend our summer vacation at Hampton Beach yearly this is the place we would choose to be. Maryann
