First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Two Twins Third Bedroom - Two Twins This 3-bedroom/2-bath condo boasts 1,200 square feet, sleeps six comfortably, and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple, basic furnishings, for an exceptional value. The unit is located above the outdoor community hot tubs. The building is accessed through a second-floor exterior entry with interior hallways that lead you to the main entry of the condo, on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 32-inch TV with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system with mounted speakers. From the living area, you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two hot tubs. The master bedroom has a king bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. There is a barbecue grill on the deck off the second guest bedroom. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double-door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and one assigned parking space for this unit. This unit does not have A/C. Complex Features: Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum. We loved having a garage for our bikes. The key to the garage was tricky and should probably be replaced. The condo was comfortable, but the furnishings/flooring are a bit worn. I enjoyed the artwork and personal touches in the condo.

Our stay at Habitat Condos was great. The unit was more spacious than anticipated and comfortable. We were pleased that the beds were of good quality and comfortable for adults and children. The house is well stocked and everything, though older, works well. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner fix and put well fitting screens in all the windows and sliding doors. The sliding door in the main living area does not have a screen. During our stay it was over 90 degrees during the day so opening the windows and screens was essential. The first day we arrived there were a few wasps that got into the house due to holes in the screens. Alpine Lodging dealt with the wasps immediately (thank you!), but there were still challenges in keeping the place cool as we could not open all the doors and windows. This only really matters a few weeks a year, but something to consider. But we would definitely stay here again, but maybe not in one of the hottest weeks of the year :).

It was much larger than expected, and nice kitchen/living area. We were there in August, and it was very hot and it was hard to keep the place cool, but there were a few fans that helped. It worked really well for 5 of us. Only drawback is bathrooms were sort of older and not super clean showers. And the deck was older and tucked amongst walls of building, but still nice to sit out on picnic table. We liked our stay overall.

We had a great time. The condo was well furnished. Loved having a washer/dryer. Kitchen had all the utensils you would need. Close to the bus stop to River Run. We had some of our group flying out at different times on checkout day and they were very accomodating about letting us check out a little later. Highly recommended.

The stay was perfect for our weekend ski trip! It was minutes away from the mountain and also had a gear room for all our ski great, perfect!

Condo was fine and was in good Location and included a fireplace an HOA hot tub. Recommend owners update simple things like hardware, fixtures and furniture to modernize.
