Nestled in Fernandina Beach, this lovely house for $390 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Relax and Enjoy our Oceanfront Town House Condo in Beautiful Amelia Island! Our Condo located 1/2 mile north of the Ritz Carlton is surrounded by Peters Point Park, Summer Beach Golf Course and minutes away from Old Town Fernandina Beach. Our non-smoking oceanfront condo has beautiful views of the ocean and ocean front patios on two floors. The unit is steps away from the beach and backs up to a swimming pool, it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. * The first floor features, modern kitchen, dining room, living room and oceanfront deck * Second floor features ocean front master bedroom with King bed, deck, private bath. In additions there is a 2nd bedroom overlooking the pool and golf course that as 1 Queen and a child size alcove Daybed which overlooks pool and golf course and shares a hall bath * Third floor features an oversized bedroom with 1 Queen and a 2 Twin trundle Bed. This floor has stunning views of the ocean!

The condo was perfect for hosting a small wedding on the beach! My wife and I stayed in the main room and her parents upstairs, friends in the third room. Balcony was perfect for grabbing some tea and coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Located in a great spot for a short drive to anywhere.

The townhouse had everything we needed for our multigenerational family group. The beach was nearly empty and the location was close to shops and restaurants. Everything was neat and clean and well taken care of. Hope we can come back here for another trip.

We are a family of 5 from St Augustine who were looking for a beachfront rental to share with my sister, niece and nephew. So 3 adults and 5 children. This place was a perfect little getaway. Just a walk over the dune to the beach with all the activities of Amelia Island close by. This was a very functional townhouse to call home base. Very clean. Accurate add. Communicative host. 2 porches to enjoy the view and sunrises was a nice touch. And a close full of beach stuff (boogie boards, toys, chairs, etc). I highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Sandpiper townhouse on Amelia Island. The neighborhood is quiet & house is well stocked, especially for all things for beach & pool, both of which are just a short distance from this unit. Terrie was quick to respond when we needed her. Highly recommended if you’re wanting a quiet beach vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our first visit to Amelia. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Gorgeous view from both decks. The few things of which to be informed: the beach is a drive on beach. There were upwards of 20 cars daily. There were no umbrellas available, though we did purchase two and left them there. Some of the beach chairs were rusty, so be sure to put a towel down first. The bedroom on the 3rd floor does stay warm- so not the best room for those sensitive to the heat. Overall, minor negatives which did not affect our enjoyment of the property!

Perfect stay for my nephew's wedding weekend. The condo is on the beach with beautiful views from upstairs deck. Boardwalk to the beach is right outside the backdoor. So nice!! We loved the layout of the condo. Three levels allows everyone room to have their own space. The deck/patio off of the living room is a great size and very roomy. We liked the close proximity to the boardwalk that goes to the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach amenities.

The condo was perfectly set up. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in location. Tons of beach towels, sand toys and even sunscreen! The kitchen was well stocked and there was tons of space to spread out with a family of five. The best spot is sitting on the deck! Also due to the location it is super quiet. You can't even hear the busy road. Finally, the kids loved watching all of the sea turtle in front of the location.

My family and I truly enjoyed our all-too-brief, wintertime beach vacation at this property. The proximity to the ocean is THE BEST. The floor plan of the Condo is great as long as the traveler is okay with stairs. I loved it. The Condo is in an association that values the quiet, peaceful, residential vibe, meaning all of our neighbors were just as quiet as we were. This is NOT the place for a party; it is perfect for a family get-away.
Summary: I would happily return to this condo in the future!

Everything was as described. Second time staying here and hopefully we will be able to return next year for the Ga Fl weekend. Only suggestion I have is to install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us and our stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful on our stay. The only reason I did not give a five star review are the stairs. Not a problem if you don't have little ones, but the stairs are a bit dated and could be redone. Other than that, the beach was easily accessible, property was clean, owners were responsive. What more could we ask for?

Amazing location
We really enjoyed our stay this past week! It is an older rental that could use some small updates but it was clean and well stocked for our stay. Location is amazing with a walkway to the beach right in front of the rental and decks/balconies with a wonderful ocean view! Also access to the pool was a plus that our kids really enjoyed! We will definitely make plans to come back!

However, it does need updating. The very top floor has a bedroom with a trundle bed. However, it is warm even with the central air running. Best Girls Getaway
Booking and staying at this property was a breeze. The owner provides all the information for check in, check out, Wi-Fi needs AND provides beach toys, chairs, towels everything you could ever want. Great location and perfect size for our group of 7 girls. We had no worries the whole weekend.

Location is great, walk out to the beach. (Although if you want to lock the unit you have go out the front, and walk around, as there is no key for the back door). Neighbors on each side are very friendly. Neighborhood is quiet. (Expect for every other day lawncare.) The appliances are fairly new, and work fine. The HVAC did its job. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are a ton of beach towels around the unit, and a closet off the carport that has a lot of used beach chairs and toys, etc. That's about the end of the good news.
Now for the bad news: The TVs are not smart. I needed to buy a HDMI cable to use our APPS. (Casting is not an option). Then there was the hammering. All week there was a crew tearing of the side wall, and installing new siding. Even though it was the wall to the unit next to us, it sounded like they were hammering on our wall. Turns out the owner was informed of this months ago, but neglected to pass that on to us, or to offer us any relief when we brought it up. She texted my wife: “I spoke w the hoa management and they told me you should not be hearing much noise.” I can assure the reader, that was not a true statement. The tinting on the windows is gangster dark (and it doesn’t need to be, as there is shade from the deck except for the very early sun), making the interior even mote dingy than it is. The tile floors are cracked and squeak, the carpet is torn, the walls and trim need a lot of TLC, and there’s something going on with the back wall of the unit. It appears they covered some significant cracks in the drywall with a textured “plaster” finish. The floor upstairs is uneven at the rear of the unit, and the stucco is coming off in clumps on the rear outside wall. The furniture and bedding are all in need of refresh. Technically, it was clean, but there are signs of long time use that cleaning just can’t get to. This leads to an overall dingy feel.
