deceptive and not worth the $
it was clean
When we arrived the ac wasn’t on. It was 84 degrees in the house. The booking and Airbnb listing showed pics of a hot tubs. Not all units have hot tubs. We booked this specifically because it had a hot tub. I called and someone local was supposed to call me back and they never did. This place is absolutely not worth the money. We stayed one night and it was $575. What a joke! Do NOT stay here!

Comfortable stay but not worth the headaches
The home was very clean and located not too far outside Moab.
The amenities listed on the website were not accurate. I noticed that my card was charged significantly more than what was on the invoice at the time of booking.
