Located in Branson, this lovely resort for $121 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. For our guests’ peace of mind, this property has incorporated enhanced cleaning and low-contact protocols. ABOUT THE SPACE This classically appointed One-Bedroom accommodation is a spacious 900 sq. ft. and can house up to four guests. The gorgeous Master Suite features a plush king-sized bed as well as a flat-screen TV and private acess to the bathroom and patio. The bathroom features a luxurious whirlpool jetted tub- perfect after a long day of hiking, rafting, or touring Branson's theme parks- and the patio is screened so you can enjoy the view without the bug-bites. A queen sofa sleeper makes having additional guests a breeze, and everyone is sure to fall in love with the full kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes and cookware. Enjoy your delicious homemade meals around the elegantly-set dining table or in your spacious living room on the sumptuous sofa seating while watching a late-night movie on the flat-screen TV equipped with cable, satellite, and DVD player (the resort's extensive movie library is sure to come in handy). Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer complete this wonderful picture of comfort and convenience. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. ABOUT THE RESORT The Suites at Fall Creek provide endless fun-filled opportunities for every age. Outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, mini-golf and a putting green, picnic areas and volleyball courts, tennis and shuffleboard, a glittering lake and convenient marina- you name it, the Suites have it. Stroll through the resort gardens in the morning, head down to the Aquarium and Clubhouse with the kids in the afternoon for exciting activities, tour the resort’s 3000+ movie rentals for the perfect late-night family showing, or head over to the state-of-the-art fitness center after a dinner grilling session to burn off those extra portions. A comprehensive Activities Department, ping-pong tables, a children’s pool and onsite playground, a heated outdoor pool and horse shoe pit- whatever your age, whatever your idea of fun, you’re bound to find something to fall in love with at the Suites at Fall Creek. This property charges a mandatory resort fee due at check-in. Please check listing below for details. Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age. All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort. Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. AT CHECK-IN At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $12 plus tax Resort Fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. Resort Fee includes Guest Internet Access; Sports Equipment: volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, shuffleboard; Access to Marina fishing dock; DVD Rental; Book Exchange; Game room; Mini-Golf; Self-Parking 1 car. POLICIES & PROCEDURES Requests are based upon availability. Limited entry level accommodations. Upon arrival each accommodation is provided with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, etc. Additional packs may be purchased at the front desk reception. Please note that the outdoor pool will be closed for the season and will reopen in March. The indoor pool will be available for guests’ enjoyment year-round. CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable 20% pre-payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Bed sloped to one side. Floor was dirty under the vanity and toilet. Lots of nicks and scratches on all of the furniture and walls. Just needs to have a little uplift, TLC. Other than that, our stay was great!

The unit we stayed in was somewhat outdated as far as carpet. There was a very worn spot at the entry way. The dresser in the bedroom had more than one issue with the drawers. Shower head really needs to be replaced. Outside of the unit was somewhat dirty but not bad. The resort area overall was very nice.

We had a great time! Loved the property. The only thing we didnt like was the time share spill. People are coming to relax not to be hassled into buying a time share. Other than that it was awesome!

Had a great stay. Unit was nice and clean. Only downside was check in process, that took a few calls and internet only allows one device. Would definitely rent again.

The unit was spacious enough but really needs updates. The living room furniture was rickety, the veneer on kitchen cabinets is peeling off. The bed was very lumpy. Bathroom shower had mold and severe staining. The screened in deck was very nice for morning and evening relaxing.

We really enjoyed this property. Yes, it is a timeshare property, but that was not a problem at all. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The young adults enjoyed the mini golf and the pools. Will stay again.

This is a real maintained condo, though furnishings are a bit dated. Love the screened in balcony! Only negatives were the sales pitch upon check-in, daily resort fee and the limited free wi-fi. Overall good experience and would rent there again.

We enjoyed staying there. It's a cute place but they just got new owners so there were a few things that needed to be taken care of. The fridge wasn't cold, so no one came out until the next night since they were short staffed with maintenance people. Luckily, we had family who had a room also, so we were able to put our food in their refrigerator. Overall, it's a great place and I recommend it.

Was great! Newly remodeled and extremely clean! Beautiful scenery from our room over looking a river. The pool was excellent as well as the hot tub. Loved everything about it.

The pics shown for property werent for the actual property where we stayed. This is a timeshare with a hotel management group.
The room was spacious and well laid out. But the furniture uncomfortable. Worse the a/c didnt work well. Thermostat set for 74 but it stayed at 80 most of the time. By morning it had finally cooled down but hard to sleep initially. Disappointing.

We were excited about our first visit to Branson. The accommodations, however, need some tlc. It was adequate, definitely not luxury. There was A LOT of deferred maintenance. We were happy to have a kitchen. It had the bare essentials. There is a daily resort charge which would be fine if things were in better shape. Outdoor pool closed. Equipment for pool table insufficient, etc. Theoretically, they are in the process of updating the whole resort as a new acquisition from Hilton.
I did not like the multiple emails I received from the listing company to send a copy of my ID to them by email. I did not do it and had zero problems checking in.
The staff was friendly & we were offered tickets to Silver Dollar City for listening to a presentation. It was not high pressure and we really enjoyed the park!

It was very outdated and not very clean. I had to ask for a vacuum because the floors were not good and no housekeeping unless you stay 8 days. Won’t be going back to this location.

Our stay was really great. The property was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable. Great amenities for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! Big 1 bedroom condo with huge kitchen/ dining room and big bathroom with jacuzzi. Great big TV's. Nice pools! No problems and king bed with big and comfy! Will be back!

We came for a 5 day get away. - Property was fine. I thought we were getting a "view", but we were told at check-in that we were "too late". all of the views were already "taken". As if it were "first come-first get". Not based on reservation. Also, they were replacing gutters and started working above our bedroom at 6am. And internet NEVER worked well. we had to use our phone hot spots. Won't stay here again.

First impression: beautiful property and spacious rooms.
It took no time to discover issues. The freezer was unusually loud, the dryer was as well which usually means there's lint build-up in the motor housing and could be a fire hazard, the room above ours the shower drain was not connected and leaked into our walk-in closet through the light fixture, our shower's ceiling had significant mold, the fire sprinkler-head in the bed room dripped on the bed, the toilet was not anchored correctly, and the dishwasher was not anchored at all. Our funnest discovery - our controls for the patio fan and light could control all other rooms and vice-versa.
Maintenance and security had to come to our room multiple times due to issues.
The front desk didn't seem concerned about it when we checked out.

I think that everything was good. The room had multiple stains. There was some on the carpet, couch and bed. It was hard to sleep because you can hear a lot of noise that is coming from the other units. We didn’t get into our room until over two hours after check in time. (I was tired and over waiting). They told me that they where short staffed but over two hours to get into our room was annoying.

We did a precheck in at 10:30 am on 5/27.We were told our room was not ready but they could check us in and when we came back later that night all we had to do was pick up the keys.I also got a text at 2 saying our room was ready.Got back around 8:00 pm and there was a system glitch(I do not believe this for a minute!)and they didnt have a room for us.After about 45 minutes they finally found us a room,a studio not the one bed-room we paid for and expected.We go to the room and security was there,we asked him where the room was and he told us that there was already someone in that room and we and the other coupled had to go back to the front desk.I booked my room over a month ago,they booked theirs at 9:00 am that day!They got the room we waited another 20 minutes to get one.Finally got the room,after they had security double check that no one else was in that room(REALLY?)we felt so safe that someone wasnt going to walk in on us that we but a chair in front of the door.The room was fine and clean,however I was excepting a full kitchen and had food to make in said kitchen that went to waste.The bed was SO hard I could hardly walk the nest day.I tried to call someone with this site and I was told,sorry there is nothing I can do for you.I can escalate this call and someone will call you back,that NEVER happened! I kept getting text from Cici asking me how the stay was and never responded.At this point we were not even sure if we were going to have someplace to stay.REFUND NOW!

Good location. Easy access to shows, shopping, etc. Quiet location. Loved the screened in porch. Only negative was the shower did not have a bypass valve to change from bath to shower.

Was not aware I would be charged on check in. It was still a good price even with the extra cost. They will tell it is in the listing but I did not get the extra cost until I got the email from them confirming my reservation.

Our first night was great 2nd day the heat went out. In the negatives outside and our room was 61° switched ourselves to another room only to yet again have no heat. This one got up to 62° I spent well over $100 on a space heater and electric blanket just to try to be comfortable in one room of the condo. I did this only because I knew management was obviously no help. On our last day there we came back from an afternoon out only to find our key to the room no longer worked. This was the worst hotel/condo I have ever went to.

1. They called everyday to check in with me. I really liked that.
2. When I reported a problem they gave me the choice to wait until I left to send maintance or they would address it right then.
Downside
1. Not on the water and no view of the water.
2. There is a property fee so I felt blindsided when I thought this was completely paid for then you get there and they make you pay more money. Not cool.
Otherwise they had activities which we did not do but were available if you did not want to get out. Staff seemed mostly nice. Some definitely more than others.

This was a trip for relaxation. Quiet, clean and friendly. We go to Branson 2 to 3 times a year and this is one of our favorite resorts.
