It was a great house, perfect for what we needed. There were a ton of amenities and even allow access to their beach stuff.

We had a great stay , the house was as good as advertised. The bathrooms were great and the outdoor shower was definitely used. We loved the outdoor patio off the dining room, and the patio furniture was really comfortable. The bedrooms were all a good size, and worked nicely for us. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Scarborough beach. Can't wait until next summer

This was a great place to stay with family! The house was equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. Tons of space and a beautiful downstairs layout! The owners were amazing with communication. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family which included 5 adults and three children. The house was very clean and spacious and was perfect for our multi generation family. We were able to walk to the beach which was a plus with small children. The house was equipped with plenty of towels as well as sheets which made our stay convenient. The owners were were nice and very responsive. I would definitely rent this house in the future. Thanks for making our stay for my niece’s wedding very enjoyable.

The house and location were great for our needs. Back and front yards were well used and all of the extras (beach chairs, boogie boards, hand sanitizers, bikes) were much appreciated. And extra air conditioners that we didn't expect were amazing as it was VERY hot. We had an issue with a door lock and the owner could not have been more responsive. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home in a great family friendly neighborhood. The loft area was perfect for our older kids!!! The home had two living room spaces which also worked out great. The kitchen area had a modern feel with a large island. We were very close to the beach but with our younger kids we ended up driving. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful beach rental

4 generations shared the beach house and had a wonderful week. Plenty of beds for everyone.

We stayed at the house for two weeks with our extended families and, as always, had a great time. The house is well equipped with everything that you need and Chuck is an attentive host if something comes up. If you've ot a larger family or group and want to be in Eastward Look, this is definitely one of the best options available.

There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. Loved the backyard shower and the fenced in yard was great for the kids. Close to the beach. Great to have all the beach toys available

Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Good size kitchen with a nice island in the middle. Backyard was fenced and great for entertaining with plenty of seating with a nice fire pit.tvs all worked and a fan in every bedroom. Overall a great time .

The layout of this house was perfect for our large, blended family. We have 5 children ranging from ages 16-33, 3 grandchildren ages 18 months-5 years and 1 nephew (age 10). We also had teenage friends for a couple days. Not everyone was there at the same time but if they were, we could have made it work. There was plenty of beds, bedrooms, towels, etc for everyone! The fenced in backyard was great for the kids. The 15 minute walk to the beach was easy for the older kids and adults. The simple, beachy decor of the house was functional for our multi-age family! I would highly recommend this property!

The property was spacious and very clean. Great amenities. The large front and back yards were great for outdoor activities. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with our three generational family! We were 10 and if we'd had a couple more people it still would have worked out. This home is within walking distance of the beach but has its own fenced in back yard with plenty of room to play, cook out, relax... The kitchen was stocked with just about everything imaginable. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we had all we needed for our two toddlers and everyone else. Grocery store and Gas station are not too far away. So many wonderful area restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and are sure anyone else choosing this home will.

Terrain breeze is a wonderful getaway house very close to the beach. Chuck answered all my questions. Terrapin breeze has a wonderful backyard great for bbqing. It's a very short and pleasant want to beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back next year.

Very nice big clean house equipped with everything you need. My whole family was very happy to be there for holidays. Short walk to the wonderful beach. Very friendly people here in Rhode Island. Excellent food at the Restaurants in Narragansett.

We've stayed at this house for multiple summers and always find it to be great for large groups. There are multiple areas for smaller groups to congregate so your kids can be on one side of the house while you're on the other and everyone can have a great time. The new owner continues to do a great job with the house and is making some small improvements. The house has everything you could ever want for a beach vacation and is well-located so if you want to bring a big family or two smaller groups to the beach - this should be your choice!

Okay folks, you've probably read lots of reviews about vacation homes having it all for the family but this is the real deal. This is a big home with all the amenities that a family needs to have an awesome vacation. The house really does support up to 15 people with plenty of room to spare and yes you are a 10 - 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. My wife and I and the grand kids walked down to the beach every morning saving huge amounts of money in parking. Greatly appreciated and particular noteworthy are: the amazing amount of beach and lawn toys; the beach chairs and umbrellas; a pull cart to easily get all the toys, chairs and umbrellas to the beach; the outside (hot & cold) shower; large bedrooms; additional roll away beds; fans everywhere to keep everyone cool; all supplies necessary for cleaning and washing/drying towels and clothes; and a great yard for BBQ and other outside activities. I hope I've conveyed that we had an awesome vacation at this home - my family wants to come back next year to the same location. The advertisement lives up to everything that is posted.

Our 3 generations had an unbelievable time in Narragansett. Between walking to Scarborough Beach, driving to Narragansett Pier, or enjoying the famous Lobster Rolls at Iggy's, we had a wonderful vacation. However, it wouldn't have been half as enjoyable if not for the great experience we had staying at 8 Kingston. With 5 large bedrooms, roomy kitchen, and a family room that providing seating for everyone, we were so comfortable!!! Kathy & Chuck were exceptional hosts who provided everything promised...and then some. We'll be back next year :-)

This property has all that is needed for a great family vacation. Lots of space for kids, all that is needed in the kitchen, close to the beach and restaurants. This property is clean, well-maintained and the second fridge in the garage is very useful. The Wi-fi was appreciated as well!

I consider our group pretty experienced when it comes to trying to find the perfect place to stay on vacation. Our group has grown now to 16 travelers (8 adults and 8 kids ranging in age from almost 1 year to 5 years old) so it can be pretty tricky trying to accommodate everyone's wants and needs. Not one person had anything negative to say about this house. It really has it all. From toys and beach chairs, to kitchen appliances, games, more towels than you ever imagine and a backyard that is a dream, you will find it all here. The kitchen was just newly remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. The openness of the rooms never once made us feel cramped. It is very clear that Kai and Amy put a lot of time and care into making each guest feel as if they are at home. Amy was absolutely amazing answering any questions we had and is just overall very thoughtful. Neighborhood is great for walks and the fenced in backyard was key with all of our little munchkins. Outdoor shower was GREAT after a day at the beach and driveway was plenty big enough to fit all of our cars. This is definitely a place that you will want to come back to every year! Thanks for a great vacation and helping us make lots of new memories!

This house was perfect for the family reunion we had in June. The location is great - near the beach, in a nice neighborhood setting, not too far from some neat RI towns, great nature walks and scenery and plenty of fun restaurants. The house facilities were great and filled every need, from stocked kitchen amenities and dozens of towels to beach chairs and toys. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the house easily sleeps 15 but there is room for more on the couches and in tents outside if people wanted to have a bigger group or just more space. We had a full house, with family members ranging from 4 to 84 years old and everyone was comfortably accomodated. The bathrooms were enough and the outdoor shower was great after the beach or if an extra bathroom was needed. Cooking for the group, eating together, or sitting together in the evening was easily done in the large kitchen and indoor or outdoor dining and sitting areas. In addition to the great house, Kai and Amy are thoughtful and thorough in their preparations and go out of the way to make every visitor feel at home. I had a great time in the house and I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did!

I stayed here for a family reunion for a week. It was absolutely perfect for our gathering of about 15 people, ages 4 to 85. The house was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. There were several large common spaces, great for telling family stories with the whole group, and good spaces for more personal conversations as well. We appreciated the first-floor bedroom for the grandparents, and my sisters and I loved sharing the bedroom above the garage, which allowed us to stay up late talking without disturbing the rest of the house. The private back yard included a fire pit, which was a big hit, an outdoor shower (great for rinsing off sand after the beach), and a patio, lovely for enjoying the summer weather. The garage had a second refrigerator (SO helpful for a big group) and a ping pong table. The beach was a about a 10 minute walk, the roads in the area were great for jogging, and there were several tennis court options nearby. One of the highlights for me was going kayaking and canoeing on the waterways that surround the area. We enjoyed a family outing to Newport, RI one day and Boston another day. There is excellent seafood available in Galilee, a 10 minute drive away, where you can watch fishing boats bring in their catch. The house is only 15 minutes from the Kingston, RI Amtrak station, which has quick 1 hr connections to Boston, and all the other major cities on the east coast, making it easy to get to and from the house. There is also a commuter rail T station in Newport, RI, which connects quickly to Boston. My week with the family in this house was the perfect combination of relaxing beach days and fun activities. I highly recommend this house to others. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer!
