Staff were courteous, but their hands were tied with very little they could provide. Baar Baar dhaba lose to Hotel provides good food but its a bar cum restaurant.

Linens/curtains were Shabby and Stinky, Rooms were having cobwebs, Wet doormats and bedsheet led to further foul smells. Seems like the property was managed by its own and the owner didnt even care on how to improve the infrastructure. Restaurant is pure veg, which was not informed earlier and very limited Breakfast options. Hardly 2/3 items

Not much, Didn't like anything.

The mattress was very bad and felt like sleeping on plywood. Breakfast had really few options. There were mosquitos in property, property could have dealt with it. The room's gates were in bad shape, not even closing properly. The room's interior also felt dull and pretty worn down. Also kind of pretty far from tourist places, so choose wisely.

Clean and cozy

Receptionist know only hindi. Non hindi tourist struggle during check-in and check-out.

Bedsheets were torn, old dusty wardrobe, They charged Rs 3,840, room was not even worth 2000. In Breakfast corn flakes provided were old and nasty.

Swimming pool was under repair but they had charged for that amenity also. Rooms were shabby. Receptionist provided suite room which was very badly kept. I had insect bite and allergy after using the bed. Torn, dirty bedspreads.

Booking.com didn't mention that the Swimming pool wasn't operational. We came to know about it when we reached there. Treebo however listened to my complaints and provided a 10% discount as well. They mentioned that it was mentioned in the Treebo website but not in booking.com

The room was kept ready before we reached. The room smelled beautiful. Room service for lunch was quick. Breakfast items good. Poha was nice.
