Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home with four king suites - perfect! The open concept of the family, dining and kitchen was great for all to be together while some cooked, some played games, and some watched tv.

It was perfect for all of us. We had four couples and the town house had bathroom in each rooms which was perfect. The place was clean. The owner was so responsive.

Great location, layout worked well for our family of 7 and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. Only critique is only one TV in home. With kids it was tough not being able to send to their room to watch their shows to rest after a day of skiing.
Humidifiers in each room was a nice touch and got used nightly…thanks!

Perfect Mountain and Ski Get Away
This place is exactly what you think of when you think mountain and ski get away. 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms is SOOOOO hard to find but this place has it all. Everyone was so comfortable with their own space. The place is spotless clean, has everything you need and more. The hot tub is incredible and its so close to both Grocery store and the ski resort. We will be back many times in the near future.

The perfect winter park house for families and friends
Traci was very responsive and easy to work with. This house is fantastic! Every single bedroom fees like a master bedroom, I've stayed in the winter park area many times and never found a better house for all parties to feel equal with king sized beds and double vanities in every bedroom!
The location is fantastic, less than 15 minutes from winter park and it has a convenient bus stop right outside to avoid parking during ski season, we even had a moose walk through the neighborhood!

We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location!

Family Christmas Vacation
We rented Traci’s beautiful home for our Christmas vacation! Our adult children/spouses and our grandchild! We each had our own amazing room and bathroom attached ! The views were amazing! We were across highway to tubing, supermarket and restaurants! We went snowmobiling only 15 minutes away as well as Winter park resort for ski/snowboarding lessons! Absolutely wonderful home and location!

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. The barbecue grill needs to be replace and we were disappointed because we couldn’t figure out how to light it and with the gas turned on and with the gas fumes we gave up. We were looking forward to grilling out on the Fourth of July and that didn’t happen. Other then this everything was very nice and great location.

My son turned 21 and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are not the bar scene/party type of crew. We were looking for relaxation, space and quality family time, that’s exactly what we found. Space to spread out, yet gather for meals, close to town, yet in the mountains and something that was comfortable for my daughter to relax with a brand new baby. There were 8 adults and one infant. The benefit of huge rooms with king size beds and private bathrooms with each made everyone feel comfortable. Though, we only used the hot tub once it was so clean and relaxing. After checkout, my daughter realized she had forgot her Boppy(nursing pillow) the owner was quick to respond and help remotely to get this back to us immediately. I can say the WHOLE experience was just what we needed to create memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you

Great bedrooms but balconies very small for the number of folks we had. Fantastic Retreat Location
We had four couples that stayed at this beautiful home. With four master bedrooms and separate bathrooms for each, this was perfect. We cooked our meals in and had everything needed for making some fantastic meals. The hot tub while the snow was coming down was just the icing on the cake. The location was an easy drive to Winterpark, easy drive to Fraser and very close to the grocery store. Oh and the sledding hill right across the highway from the grocery store was a blast as well. All of the logistics were very simple and communications with Traci was easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

Absolutely Amazing
This was the perfect place to bring together our family! The house was everything it said online. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a long day of skiing or tubing, and the bus line came right to the end of the driveway! Very impressed and we will be coming back!

Aussies in the snow
We had a fantastic time staying here. The home was everything it said in the ad. Spa, fireplace and BBQ were great - it was a very cosy home in very cold conditions for all 8 of us! It was very clean and well stocked with amenities.
The location was good and close to winter park, tubing and sleigh rides. There was a bus direct to winter park and Fraser out front and also room for the kids to play in the snow.

Great Stay
We had a great time at this vacation rental in Fraser, CO. The house was exactly as stated, close to winter park to go snowboarding plus there is a shuttle that will take you (we just didn't need it). Would recommend this property the bedrooms were big as well as each attached bathroom. There was a hot tub plus a fireplace in the living room which was nice!
