There is nothing that stood out for me to say that I liked.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying at a hotel, I wish I could have left, bathrooms had hair from previous guest im guessing , the water was not hot and the ac kept shutting off someone had access to my room thankfully I had the lock from inside so no one was able to get in

room has stove top & fridge, laundry room

First room key didn’t work, second room key was for a room that was already occupied, 3rd room key worked. The floors were black (with dirt). Dead roaches under the bed. Smelled terribly. While waiting for someone for about 20 min at the front desk, a man was escorted out of the building by 3 cops in handcuffs.

They had free food on the table in the lobby

I'm pretty sure I left my hat there but they said they couldn't find it. I think the housing staff were just too short to look above the coat rack.

Cheap bed frame as my partner is a big boy 6”3 and 280, he was afraid to move as the frame was not even attached to the wall.

Overall feel of the room was like a dorm room.

I called 5:00pm to let the individual know I would be coming in later to check-in. When I arrived around 11:30 pm I dialed the 500 no answer and had to wait for 5 to 10 min for someone to assist. When given card to go to room, I opened the door and someone was in there laying on bed watching tv. I quickly closed the door and went downstairs. The front desk person looked confused that someone was in a room he had given a card. The next room given it was ok but had no wash cloths. I was so tired I just went to sleep and could wait to get out of there. Very disappointed

Location

Animal feces, blood on the wall, dirty linens, subpar room, nothing in the cabinets in the kitchenette including dish soap and nothing in the bathroom other than a tiny bar of soap. When we went down to the lobby to get a new room, the attendant was nowhere to be seen and unreachable by lobby phone!

Didn like all the pounding above my room all night. And the bed was uncomfortable.

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel overall, and even though it was considered “cheaper” than the others in the area (Although not by much- $89 vs. $110) that still should mean the quality of your room and the service you receive is sacrificed and simply terrible. I travel all over the country and internationally for work and I can honestly tell you this is one of my “Top 5 Worst Hotels” I’ve ever stayed in.

FIRST, our room was listed as a “double. In all my years of booking hotels, a DOUBLE room means 2 BEDS… well not at this hotel. The room had ONE SMALL DOUBLE BED, so I was left sharing a bed with my coworker. SECONDLY, the room was FILTHY; there were balls of HUMAN HAIR all over the bathroom, including ON the “FRESH TOWELS”. The shower had black mold around the tub and around all the holders in the shower and the bathroom door did NOT SHUT AT ALL. The room was EXTREMELY TINY; you can only move around so much before you bump into the bed or the night stand so trying to use the bathroom in privacy with the door NOT CLOSING was impossible. THIRD, mostly everything in the room was broken or missing parts. Thank heaven I only stayed one night because the “dresser” was missing its DRAWERS! And FINALLY, there was not a single employee on site the ENTIRE STAY! NUMEROUS TIMES I called the front desk and walked down to the desk and no one was ever there. There was a sign posted at the desk window the entire time that stated they were away from the desk and it gives you a number to call but when you call that number no one ever answers. At the end of the day this was the worst money I’ve ever had to spend. VALUE SHOULD NOT SACRIFICE QUALITY- PERIOD!
