comfy bed. quiet

it was so cold. the house was not heated, and the bathroom and every common area was freezing. I would not do it again.

We liked that it was a quiet cup-de-sac. Away from the noise of town. Hosts were lovely. A very easy stop off for a night. Thanks 😊

It was convenient because we arrived @ 9pm. Rosie was very cordial & her husband told us about visiting Cambridge, a small English influenced town on the way to Lake Taupo which we loved & had a great breakfast/lunch. There were oranges for breakfast.

There was a shared bathroom that had hair on the bath mat.

Beds were comfy and the family were lovely.

Shared bathroom with 3 other rooms but knew that when booking. Parking also was an issue but I was able to park in their driveway.

Property was very clean and quiet. At the end of a cul de sac so no road noise. Bedroom provided with water jug and multi plug box ( excellent idea as often guests want to charge more than one item). Excellent location for us as it was close to family. Rosy made us very welcome and showed us facilities we were welcome to use. Bed was very comfortable .

A shared bathroom but that’s not a complaint .
