The only problem I encountered was that in the front yard there was a construction site with toilets and bug trucks that partially blocked the view to mountains and also there were workers so we preferred not to go outside to the balcony or use the jacuzzi. It would have Ben nice if we had been informed about it. Once the construction is finished it will be great.

We enjoyed the house, its amenities and the location very much and would recommend it. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the fireplaces and steam showers in the bedrooms a plus. The dining area could use a nicer table and more chairs. The Management company (Vivid Vacation Rentals) however is very shady. Upon our arrival on 1/22/22 we were informed that they were short on towels and that the hot tub was unusable until maintenance will get there on Monday morning because “it must have gotten used a lot” before our arrival. Even though the hot tub was one of the reasons we rented the house, we agreed not to have access to it for 2 days. We were promised more towels the next morning, but the towels didn't arrive until Wednesday. We finally got into the hot tub on Monday evening and noticed that the water was cloudy, but we're just happy to finally have it available after a long day of skiing. We also noticed that the vinyl headrests of the hot tub were disintegrating and releasing thin flakes of the material into the water. The flakes sometimes attached themselves to our bodies, but we just dealt with it. 5 of us used the hot tub daily after skiing for about 30 minutes. We go on a yearly ski trip and that's our modus operandi and never had an issue with any of the previous properties we rented. We checked out on Sunday 01/30/2022 on time and left the place clean.
Later that day we received a notice from management informing us that we were charged extra for our “misuse of the hot tub” which they unwittingly stated was “drained/cleaned and refilled …just prior to [our] arrival.” When confronted with the evidence, however, they corrected themselves that in fact it was serviced about a week prior to our arrival. They also charged us for alleged overuse of towels and linens and a broken chair, but later dropped these claims and refunded part of the overcharge. They claim that we caused the clogging of the filter with debris and hair with required emergency service. In reality, it was the vinyl fakes of the headrest that clogged up the filter. All these allegations were absurd, but they immediately charged the credit card on file without authorization to do so. We are still fighting with the management company and involved the credit card company to receive our money back.
If you rent this property, go around and film everything and make sure they come regularly to maintain the hot tub, or you will be charged additional bogus fees.

The management company does a great job ensuring you have everything you need. Multiple steam showers and patio hot tub are fantastic after a winter day of skiing. Not exactly ski in/out without a significant hike up the road but it is a five minute drive to the gondola parking garage and grocery store. Four private bedrooms are nice, each with its own bathroom. One has only a tub and the other only has a pull out couch where another bed would have been appreciated but photos accurately depicted the property. Living room and kitchen are actually more spacious than photos portray. The fireplace in the living room is large and warms the whole space. Satellite TV and high-speed wifi in every bedroom is another welcome surprise.

Until I called them, they would have never even acknowledged that they overcharged me $5000! No apologies. Zero accountability. Got to the house and the hot tub water was BROWN. Two members of our group got folliculitis from it. The back door to the house didn't lock. No soap for dishes. Had to ask them 3 times to separate the king bed into twin beds. Internet did not work. It's not a ski in or out the lift is a mile away. It's obvious the property management company doesn't even look at the properties because they told us only 2 cars could fit, when 4 can. A ton of stress with this company. NEVER using them again.
