Great location!

1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no shower bath mat, only 1 tea bag, no box of tissues - small things, but basic.

Terrible communication from the leasing agent. they never answer the phone. very bad service.

Location and the friendly staff

The place wasn't clean, had Cockroaches through the place, we woke up to them all through the kitchen.

My wife and I have been very impressed with our stay at Hungerford, and very pleasantly surprised by the peace and quiet that we've been able to enjoy while staying here as renovations have been underway at our house. The apartment was much bigger than I expected and the hosts and the neighbours have been very nice and welcoming. Great value and we're definitely keeping this place in mind for the next time we need a tranquil getaway 🙂👍👍

There'snothing Icould really complain about.

The owner really needs to get a new mattress in the main bedroom. They also need to update the blinds which are over 20 years old and are noisey when the wind blows making it impossible to sleep at night. The main bedroom is all also noisey (street noise from cars) and has street lights flooding in at night and Lacey curtains that cannot keep the light out. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well in my opinion, the furniture is very dated and the couches very worn and dirty. I have stayed in these apartments for the best part of 20 years. I do think the owner needs to invest in better furniture, bedding and install wifi. The booking agent was very good very easy booking.

Location was perfect, in walking distance to Cudgen creek, Kingscliff beach and Kingscliff village. View was amazing and flat very light filled and pleasant.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired! Called the property manager on the first day and they sent someone to fix it, but they still didn't clean it properly! Even though I had pointed out a fair few specific things that needed cleaning.
