Location was a lovely walk to the tidal pool and into Forster. Comfy beds. Different coloured towels for each guest, made it easy to remember our own towel!
No air con. The first night was quite hot, at least there were good pedal stool fans.
The couch needed a good vacuum. Otherwise fairly clean.

Stayed in Unit 1 on the ground floor, Excellent spacious comfortable unit with baloney and lake view, close and in walking distance to lake, shops & restaurants. Lake pool close by which is great for the kids. All units have designated parking spot. Highly recommended!
No air conditioning in the unit - but does have pedestal fans instead.

The location was good. Handy to boat tour and walk to shops, small beachfront swimming and river frontage.
Lights in trees out the front. Picnic table at the front. Chairs on the verandah.

The unit was very clean and fresh - it had been updated and was spacious. The location was very close to the river, a cafe and restaurants. It was quiet at night too.
There were no clothes hangers. Something I am sure was just an oversight 😊

Good location
The property wasn’t vacuumed before our arrival, the dust on the window sills and decorations shows how often this property is cleaned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the next unit. The hot water kept cutting in and out during showers.

Location, access and comfort met our expectations. Our hosts were very accommodating in meeting our needs.
No noise buffer between upper and lower units; every sound was amplified, rather than muffled. Air conditioning would also
significantly improve the experience.

it was a bit noisy.,, you should hear people walking around the unit above you,, using the shower and toilet, and the pipes were making a noise. no air conditioning

Great location! top thing about the property. easy to access with a pram/stroller. back deck on unit two adds extra space to the room. close to a netted estuary pool for kids.
Walls seemed a little thin, we could hear the other people in the units. Needed a fence off the side of the back deck for our daughter.

Unit 1 - ground floor. Location was excellent. Right near the pool in Wallis Lake. Short walk to restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Very clean and comfortable.
It was a hot weekend. Ceiling fans or air conditioner would have make it a little more comfortable. Pedestal fans helped. Nice breeze through with the doors open. There were no dishcloths or tea towel for washing up.

No power socket in the bedroom - not sure where you’re meant to plug in the provider fan!
Lighting is like being in a hospital, the photos on the site of nice bedside lamps aren’t reality!
kitchen isn’t well equipped - only 3 bowls for 4 people, mini cooktop was grim, really dirty.

Perfect location. Easy access to the water, walking distance .
Nice outside sitting area. Private parking .We did some groceries shopping and preparing our breakfast . Lovely little kitchenette.

Was very hot only had fan and keep the windows open as it was very hot in there. An air-conditioner would of be great.

Loved the location being so close to the lake. Very clean and enough for a family. Fans were a great addition.
I thought there was a stove top but it was a portable electric. Not a huge problem, just used to gas.
