Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und für alle steht sehr großzügig Platz zur Verfügung. In der Küche stehen alle Utensilien zum Kochen zur Verfügung. Einziger Nachteil: in der Nacht war es immer mal wieder laut.

Grand appartement, très fonctionnel, situé dans un immeuble typique dans une agréable cour au bord du canal, à seulement 5mn à pied du Rialto et de la place Saint-Marc. Un petit supermarché se trouve dans le quartier où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pas cher. Francesco et Chiara ont été très disponibles pour la préparation du séjour et pendant notre présence. On a passé un merveilleux séjour ! Grazie mille !

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gepflegt und sehr schön. Die Zimmer bieten großzügig Platz, sogar eine Abstellkammer ist vorhanden. Die Küche mit Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank sowie großem Esstisch ist auch sehr einladend. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit viel Auswahl, auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Markusplatz, Rialtobrücke, Meer) sind nicht weit und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist oben und nur über das Treppenhaus (52 Stufen) zu erreichen; so hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Gassen und auf den Seitenkanal neben dem Haus. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns z.B. Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben.

We were two families who stayed in the apartment, and had a very enjoyable stay in Venice. The host was very friendly and informative, the area from short walking to the major sights, and the apartment spacious, clean and well-equipped. We would gladly recommend the apartment for families and groups of friends.

Well located and equipped apartment, ideal for our party (four adults and three children) (with judicious bathroom schedule in the mornings and evenings ). The Owner was very helpful and understanding when our train was delayed about two hours (and with other advice and assistance).

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der großen Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir haben uns zwar viel in der Stadt aufgehalten, es gibt aber genügend Platz, um auch abends einmal zusammenzusitzen. Praktisch sind die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine, falls man sie benötigen sollte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour les visites de Venise. Nous étions 7 et nous ne nous sommes pas gênés car l'appartement est grand et bien agencé. La fourniture de draps et de serviettes et très appréciable lorsque l'on arrive en avion. Francesco est venu nous chercher au pont Rialto afin que l'on ne cherche pas l'appartement. Seul bemol:le bruit des livreurs le matin (très tôt :5 heures) mais contrebalancé par le reste sans problème.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca de Rialto y San Marcos, con los servicios necesarios. Quizás el propietario no ha estado demasiado amable...será el carácter de los venecianos. Por lo demás, fenomenal

L'appartement est très lumineux et spacieux comme sur les photos. Il est aussi calme. Pour les 3 chambres qui donnent sur la rue (très peu passante), on entend néanmoins le matin le transport des livraisons sur le pavé mais ce n'est pas très gênant pour ceux qui ne sont pas trop sensibles au bruit. L'appartement est bien équipé. Nous redoutions un peu l'embouteillage dans l'unique salle de bain avec WC mais cela n'a pas été un problème avec 6 adultes et deux enfants. Il y a 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur. Supérette et bonne pâtisserie sur la place à côté. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 min à pieds de la place Saint-Marc et du Rialto. L'accueil par Francesco était impeccable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en attendant d'aller prendre l'avion de retour.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment because we were out sightseeing, but the location was great for our family. The host had enough towels and toiletries for the bathroom, enough hot water for the 5 of us to each shower, and comfortable beds. It was great to be close to a grocery store to get snacks for the kids as well. We enjoyed our time in Venice!

This is a lovely pace to stay so much room and just what we needed for 8 women staying for a 30th birthday! Even with one bathroom still managed well. it has everything we could of needed part from air con we came in July and it was just so so hot the fans were just not quiet enough but didn't ruin our stay. This was out of the way but close enough to visit everything we wanted to! Such a great place to stay especially if with family! the host was a lovely lady who met us from the boat to help us to get there and go though the apartment rules and nothing was to much and so lovely thank you for a great stay!

Nous étions deux familles et nous avons passé un superbe séjour, L'appartement est conforme aux descriptions. Très propre, convivial, bien équipé, très bien situé (à 5 mn du pont Rialto) et au calme ! Maria et Francesco sont très accueillants et disponibles. L'appartement est à recommander vivement ! Le seul petit bémol, le wc est dans la salle de bains... il faut juste s'organiser !

L’appartement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied du pont du Rialto dans un immeuble typique. Il est parfaitement équipé et très agréable à vivre. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine entre amis.Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement, Francesco nous attendait à l’arrêt Vaporetto comme convenu et nous a bien conseillé. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse !

A parte questo, l'appartamento è in linea con la descrizione e piacevole da vivere. Attention : bien confirmer le prix de la nuit avant votre arrivé car nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'une augmentation de 10% à notre arrivée ! A part cela, l'appartement est conforme à la description et agréable à vivre.

The hosts communicate proactively and clearly. The accommodations are updated, clean and perfect for a large family. In the building there's only one other family living below, so it's very quiet especially at night. We are looking forward to next time already!

We stayed at this lovely apartment when we got married recently in Venice and highly recommend it to anyone needing a large, light and well managed property in Venice which is located a little away from the busy main tourist area so offers some peace and quiet too. The facilities are excellent in every way and rooms are immaculate. The customer service/communications from Maria and Francesco was brilliant before and during our stay. There were 6 adults, 1 child and a baby in our party and a lovely cot/highchair was made available for my 6 month old grand-daughter which was very important as this was her first trip abroad. All bedrooms were beautiful and the kitchin/dining room was perfect and well stocked with everything you could need. Located next to a lovely square containing a bakery, restuarant and super-market and also right next to a private water-taxi stop for added convenience and only a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. Highly recommended and thank you to Maria and Francesco for making us all feel so welcome and making our wedding in Venice even more perfect.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights from Saturday 13th May to Thursday 18th May 2017 while visiting Venice for a family wedding There was 3 couples and 1 child. The apartment was plenty big enough for this amount of people. The apartment was in a perfect location for us, 5 min walk to Rialto bridge and 10min walk to St Marks Square We flew into San Marco airport and ordered a private taxi boat from the airport that drops you directly outside the apartment door (Hotel Santa Marina) there was 8 adults in the taxi and cost 129 euros one way so approx 16E each, the water bus is 14E each, definitely worth the extra couple of euros each for a private taxi if you can get 8 adults to share I couldnt recommend this apartment enough. The communication with Francesco was perfect, every email I sent was replied to within the hour We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Venice Thank you Francesco for everything The Payne / Sears Family

Warm welcome, very pleasant and practical apartment, perfect location (quiet place but close to everything). We spent 7 days here with our large family and this was an unforgetable experience. Only a minor defect : there is only one bathroom including toilets but it's all right. We will definitely come back. Thank you Isabella and Francisco for your welcome and availability.
