María kept in touch over the week to make sure everything was okay. Nice flat. Decor is slightly older but pretty. Shower was good and hot water all day. Kitchen provides for basic cooking (pots, pans, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer) You need to provide all the basics (coffee,tea, milk etc on arrival) A short walk to the harbour for bars and restaurants. The other direction takes you along the beachfront and many eateries, shops etc. Biosphere shopping centre up the hill for McD’s if you want it and designer shops. Ideally situated between old and new and it’s a quiet complex if you want peace. Recommended!

This apartment is a very spacious 2 bedroom holiday apartment suitable for 4 people with 2 bathrooms/showers but could sleep 6 with the pull out couch. South facing balcony with sea views. short walk to either playa grande or playa chica. The residence has a small pool who prefer that. The wifi was lightning fast ~100Mb upload/download. I teleworked for the week and had no problem conducting Teams meetings. It was good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Unfortunately the heating boiler in the kitchen flooded the kitchen and was near flowing down the stairs. Had 2 spend almost 24 hours without hot water but everything was sorted to our satisfaction the next morning Would have appreciated towels for the shower and beach ⛱ not to have been so tired looking and feeling. That can be easily remedied. For those of us who are a 'little ' older the hammock style sunbeds were not easy to get onto and off!

Great property spotlessly clean. So much space. Rooms are huge. We were only 2 but this place would easily accommodate 6. Highly recommend. Best position on the Island for everything. Would definitely book again.

POSITIVES ARE THE APARTMENT IS IN A GREAT POSITION BUT THE APARTMENT IS IN NEED OF A SERIOUS UPGRADE ITS LIKE GOING TO A APARTMENT IN THE 90's , IT DEFIANTLY NOT HAD ANY MONEY SPENT ON IT FROM WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE 2ND DOWN STAIRS BEDROOM IS FULL OF DAMP & THE CEILING PLASTER IS ALL FALLING DOWN ITS A GOOD JOB THERE WAS ONLY 2 OF STAYING BECAUSE THE 2ND BEDROOM IS NOT HABITABLE, ALL THE TIELS ON THE FLOOR IN THE APARTMENT ARE LOOSE SO BE VERY CAREFUL, THE HOLE COMPLEX COULD DO WITH A RE RAMP , THE PICTURES YOU SEE ARE VERY DECEIVING , ONE OF THE WICH TAKES A PICTURE OF A NICE SWIMMING POOL IT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPLEX IT NEXT DOOR , PS:- ANOTHER THING IS THERE IS A WELL KNOWN HOTEL WHICH IS WRIGHT FACING THE APARTMENT IS HAVING A COMPLETE RE RAMP AND WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED NEXT YEAR, THE WORK STARTS AT 7.00 IN THE MORNING & FINISHES AT 6.00 IN THE EVENING ITS VERY LOUD IN THE FULL SURROUNDING AREA SO BE WARNED BECAUSE WE WAS'NT THANKS,

Liked the size of the apartment, good location and views, needed significant updating, bathrooms, kitchen and a general redecoration and finishes update. Encountered a significant issue; our beds was infested with thousands of very small ANTS this occurred over three nights. They were only visible at night and appeared some time after us going to bed and were crawling over our bodies and biting. I called the owner who sent her husband to investigate, he sprayed some repellant in an area where the ANTS were not evident, I showed him the Ants in our bed that I had killed with my own spray. He did not come back to spray the property, I created a perimeter of bleach, salt and any other product that I knew the ANTS will find disagreeable. I could not find where the ANTS were coming from, there was no food in the bed or anything spilt. The owner never called me back or returned to see if we were alright. Ants in the bed is revolting and we were understandably upset, every day I killed and cleaned up thousands of ANTS, we even tried to book another apartment that would cost us about 420 Euro. Extremely disappointed, ANTS may be nesting in the mattress. Some form of compensation is due in my opinion.

Disappointed not to have change of towels and sheets during the week.

Great holiday. Pool gorgeous. Near beach which was teeming with colourful fish. Tip - feed them bread! Lovely restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You don't need to hire a car as you can walk.

Maria met us at the apartment even though we were earlier than check in time-she was very nice and helpful. Apartment was very clean with a lovely view and towels/sheets and even beach towels! Cleaning was also included! Perfectly located within a short walk to lovely beach and old town and also the strip if required! Had a really great holiday-thank you very much!

First impression of the property is that it is very clean, bright and spacious. The kitchen was fairly well equipped too. Unfortunately I had made an assumption that the property would have WIFI. It didnt and this became a source of annoyance as kids are so used to being on phones/tablets etc. I also felt very frustrated with the low water pressure and it seemed impossible to get hot water for dishes and showers. I was also surprised that the bed linen and towels werent changed during our 12 night stay. There is a washine machine in one of the bathrooms but it had no instructions and i wondered how adequate it would be with the low water pressure. The pool was okay but had no shallow area. A depth of 6F all round might not be ideal for children and the baby pool is really only for babies and toddlers. Sun bed around the pool were limited and not great condition and there was only one brolly stand. Again not ideal if you have younger children. The latter didnt affect us too badly and we overall enjoyed our stay and the lovely sea view from the balcony. We also thought the beds were comfortable. Ideal location for using the smaller beach near the harbour which had a nice vibe in the evenings. Overall we had a nice stay in the accomdation and resort.

Three ladies shared this two bedroom apartment. It is very spacious with terrace and balcony and lots of indoor space too. Feels like a house. Quiet yet close to everything in this tasteful resort.

We stayed for 4 weeks in this very spacious, clean comfortable two bedroom apartment on a nice quiet complex.. The balcony and the terrace have the sun all day long. There is a pool on the complex. The position is ideal for all amenities. The Playa Grande, the Playa Chica, the old town and the port are just a few minutes walk away. Shops, bars and restaurants also close by. There is an excellent bus service. Maria is very kind and helpful, in fact on the day of our departure when our booked transfer did not arrive, Maria and her husband offered to drive us to the airport. However, having already called another taxi, this was not necessary but the offer was very much appreciated. We would definitely like to return to this apartment in the future.

lovely big apartment, 4 of us stayed and plenty room for us all, ideally located between old town and strip so easy access for both, well equipped for all your needs, especially having 2 bathrooms for 4 woman, a definate must!

This is a very nice apartment with a good lounge and excellent balcony in the sun all day long set in a well attended complex with own swimming pool. It is also in an excellent location with all amenities, shops, cafes, restaurants, etc very close. The kitchen, although small, is well equipped and and there is a dining table large enough for four people at the end of the lounge next to the kitchen. The main part of the lounge, which is set on the first floor, is very comfortable and opens out onto the very sunny balcony with a table and chairs. The main bedroom, on the ground floor, is very good and well equipped and has access to an outside patio area. The second bedroom, with twin beds, again on the ground floor, whilst adequate, does feel dark and could do with a mirror. The two bathrooms, which serve the bedrooms, are again adequate, but could do with some modernisation including having shower fittings that stayed in the wall holders so that you didn't have to continually hold them. Whilst the bedding was very clean and there were plenty of towels, including outdoor ones, the beds were very hard. Whilst clearly our overall experience was generally good we felt that a number of improvements could be made in addition to the ones already mentioned so that the overall experience is greatly improved to create a good holiday experience for everyone. These are: 1. Having a good WiFi connection for internet access. 2. Satellite TV with English Channels (ours were all German). 3. Information about public transport. 4. Information and recommendations about cafes, restaurants, etc.

We stayed for an enjoyable week in this very nice apartment. The location is great for the main strip and the old town. The complex is quiet which is what we wanted. Maria met us at apartment on arrival and everything was fine. I hope to visit this apartment again in the future.

Apartment large and equipped well. In quiet spot yet still close to both Old town harbour area and to the new town, Maria met us there on time to let us in and let us use the apartment on the last day until we needed to go to the airport which was a great help and meant we could make the most of the last day. We have stayed in the resort lots of times and this is one of the best locations. Would recommend.
