The properties were essentially as described. We rented two side-by-side units. Perhaps they were not quite as "fresh" as pictured, but they were clean and comfortable. There were enough supplies for us to prepare meals during our stay. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to eat together and relax together in either of the condos. Any shortages of supplies were taken care of quickly once we notified the owners. It was in a convenient location. We actually enjoyed staying in Canmore vs. Banff.

We stayed in side by side condos as a family of 10. It was perfect for us. It was a great location to town and the highway to travel into Banff. The kids enjoyed the pool. The garage parking was so nice to have. The owners were very communicative and responsive; they were super helpful! We would stay here again!

We booked side by side condos to accommodate our family of 9. We loved the area, with its proximity to Lake Louise and Banff. The condo is located within a hotel. It seemed that hotel staff maintained the units. The cost was significantly more than the units justified. Frankly, it hadn't been completely cleaned. Upon arrival we dealt with sticky kitchen floors, hair in the bathrooms, old toothpaste on the door, dirty balconies, etc. Both units were tired and dirty. Also, the only condiments were sugar, salt, and pepper. There were just 2 facecloths per unit and 2 kitchen garbage bags per unit for a 4 night stay. We did request more. We rarely give a poor review but overall, although the location was wonderful, the VRBO experience was a big disappointment.

Property was perfect for our family including adult children and their spouses. Each child / spouse had their own area. Pool was warm and location was perfect for catching the Roam Transit. Stacey & Stanton are responsive and caring hosts. Highly recommend.

We loved being in this beautiful town! Thanks ! This turned out to be a better option than Banff for families with small children. Great walking access to shops and restaurants and a nice pool and hot tubs for the family.
The hosts for this condo were especially accommodating and easy to reach. I admit that I was confused (my fault) thinking the two side-by side units were stacked in more than one level when I looked at the photos. They are both next door to one another on the second floor. That was clear on a more careful reading of the property description. We would definitely stay here again.

The condos are clean, the kitchen well stocked, the location was convenient, the beds comfortable and, of course, the view is stunning.
Communication and checkin were both easy.
Everything in the condos worked well and it was great having a washer and dryer. We walked downtown, to Starbucks and the Grizzly Paw brewery. Elevation gallery downtown has a wonderful collection of artists.
We found the leather couch was not comfortable but that can be expected with sofa beds.

Fabulous experience! Super clean, loved the laundry in the units. Perfectly stocked kitchen. They even supplied coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, and Stevia! Hot tub in the snowfall was a highlight. We hope to stay again!

This is our second time staying at this spot. It’s perfect for our extended family, with ample space for spending time together but with quiet spaces too. The condos are well equipped, with comfortable beds, everything needed for meal prep and even extra towels for the pool. The collection of games helped keep the children entertained despite the extremely cold weather.

We rented several units within The Lodges, all were perfect for what we needed. The close proximity between the units was great to allow everyone to gather but also to have their own space. Located close to downtown and restaurants, it was the perfect place for us. We loved Canmore and so glad we stayed there rather than in Banff. The local (free) transit buses were a real plus. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.
