location near pantai cenang but parking is very far

[IMPORTANT!!] The kettle suddenly exploded and was on fire at 3am midnight in my room, they changed a room for us without any explanation, we didn't get any explanation for the explosion from management until now. They don't think this is a serious problem... Please take your own risk if you book this hotel. The washroom is very dirty and moldy, the aircon keeps leaking water for the whole night, many ants on the table, the towel is dirty also...the worst hotel i have ever seen. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Biasa je. Tak sapu bilik ke??? .Ada rambut, stoking lama dlm bilik...... I tolong Buang je stoking tu. Need Carpet.....Tiada carpet dlm bilik. Tiada swimming pool...boleh la so so.

Pengiapan yang berdekatan dengan tempat shopping dan pantai cenang,

bilik berhabuk sedikit, aircond perlu untuk diselenggara, bilik air agak kotor sedikit.

The location point was good ,just near to the beach and you can hv multiple food nearby. For me toilet is very important while I was in the beach enjoying fire show I really wants to pee unable to public toilet so I run to hotel because it was tht near

Room,toilet,cup and water bottle is not clean at all! It was too dirty if it was clean might b more comfortable.They really need to upgrade their cleaning skills! Even the Toilet Hose , Shower 🚿,Bathroom sink! And the pillow need to upgrade because it's like a water bag disturbs the good sleep

The side table lamp not working as the plug was damage. It was wrap around the lamp. The aircon control can’t control the Air temperature.

Near to the beach, ATM, Cenang Mall and a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

Would be perfect if the room have a refrigerator.

Smooth check in check out, location just awesome, market and beach both is just out side the hotel

Parking too far at the back and need to walk quite abit to reach ur riom if u get the furthest block..no mini bar in room

Breakfast easy to found just near the hotel,near the beach,room comfortable bigger room.

2nd time staying and get a family deluxe room as there were 3 of us. Thought that it will be a bit or slightly bigger room for 3 but it's actually smaller when they put in a Queen Size n a Single Bed in a deluxe room. Better still to booked the deluxe room and just get an extra bed. Toilets are a bit too dirty with hairs and bit rundown for me personally. The sink cracked, toilet bowl is moving (u have to sit correctly 😂😂) Towels and duvet too, do check before you use it.
