This place was great. Good neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the pool was refreshing and clean and the beach is right across the street. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the toilet ran and the beach chair supply was low but the neighbors let us borrow theirs so it all worked out.

This is a very cozy, very clean and comfortable condo with a view of the ocean. Very welcoming. The host was fantastic with a first time Vrbo renter. This unit really made our stay enjoyable.

This is a cute place in a good location to a non-crowded beach and had a great pool. The place is clean and comfortable but to make your stay better I recommend a few things: 1) Bring trash bags and laundry detergent as they are not provided (I went to the store before I realized this, so this was annoying to have to go back to the store); 2) Bring a cutting board if you plan to cook (the only one provided is falling apart and not functional). Essentially, I recommend checking in first and seeing what items you may need before you go to the grocery store. We also found we needed batteries for some remotes. Finally, there are really nice lamps, but they were all unplugged when we got there. We have to move the bed, etc. to plug them in, which was strange. So, if you get there and the lamps don't work check to see if you have to plug them in.

Perfect location, steps away from a very nice beach. The condo was well stocked and clean, had everything we needed. Had a pool on site as well to use and boogie boards, beach chairs which was a bonus.

Our family stays at a condo on this same property for the past few years. We have not stayed in the same unit twice. We love the property, and the variability in the condos seems minimal. This unit compared to others on property has no specific benefit over the others.

Used mostly just for sleeping. Didn’t sit around our eat there. Only issues we ran into was kitchen and bathroom sink faucets need repaired. Both appear to have partial clogs in the faucets. Other than that, our 2 night stay was good.

Comfortable with nice bed and living area full kitchen and large dining table. Nice view of ocean from balcony with late afternoon sun. The common area pool was very nice and not very busy. Short walk to beach just a matter of crossing a sometimes busy street.
All appliances worked well so we had all that was required. Short drive to groceries and 10 minute walk to a sea side pub with live music. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a great time staying here! The condo was super clean, stocked with extras, and the owner, Norma, had a wonderful welcome gift waiting on us when we got there! The directions for entry and checkout were very easy and direct. Any questions I had, Norma answered very quickly. My daughters have already asked if we could return! We definitely will be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location and weather was perfect for us.
We asked about early check in, but did not get a response from the owner. We also had a bit of a problem getting access to the condo. The access code did not work. We reached out to the owner and she quickly responded . And we were able to get into the condo in about 30 minutes.

The condo is decorated with good taste and comfort. Love the use of 6 beach towels and the washer/dryer/dishwasher. Beds are comfy. I do worry a little about the highway to cross to the beach...the cars go pretty fast...just be careful. We were a little disappointed with the pool being closed but the owner made future arrangements with us to compensate. As luck would have it, it was ready to reopen as we left. The use of the garage is great. Each evening as we left the beach we just left our beach wagon loaded with all our chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. in the garage....didn't have to wash off stuff until the last day to pack. The ocean views from the balcony are nice.

Nice unit with two bedrooms and one bath. Nice views of surf and ocean from the balcony and in the unit in the mirrored wall in the living room. Convenient to the city of Ormond Beach and Flagler Beach. Quiet neighborhood although there is traffic noise from A1A.

We spent two quick days at this condo and it was superb! Very, very clean, neat and quite accommodating! We encountered a sub-tropical system during our stay so the beach was out but we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time at this condo.

Excellent accommodations! Excellently decorated. Owners very responsive! Beach so close and no one on the beach for last of September! Yea!!! Highly recommend. Remember, no elevator but only two story. Beach right across the street! Great view of beach from side patio!
