The condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults and the view was great. We could see both the gulf and sound side since it’s an end unit.
The pool was the best we have ever experienced. Clean and quiet. Really nice to have a parking spot in the deck out of the heat!

Our arrival was marred by ongoing construction at the property, loud and punctuated by the presence of construction workers on the balcony. Pensacola Beach Properties acknowledged the inconvenience and found us another place to stay within 24 hours. We really appreciated their flexibility and saving our vacation.

The pictures are from when everything was brand new. No issues overall. The beach was beautiful. Visited the African Zoo about 20 mins away. (We can spend a whole day at zoos waiting for animals to move 😃) Has a small gym that had an area that over looked the beach.
Would rent this property again.

We were SO impressed with this condo.
It was so spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of the gulf across the street. Super easy to get to the beach with multiple access points. Close to everything in Pensacola!
Very nice pool and hot tub area. We came during a time of construction, but it was not an inconvenience at all. I’m sure it will be even better once the reno is finished! We will be back for sure.

Great place for family to stay for the weekend. Nice views. Close to restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to take advantage of all this area and condo had to offer. Looking forward to coming again in the future.

My friends and I adored this condo! I would call the decor coastal chic - not kitschy beachy, but instead understated, tastefully appointed, but not pretentious, comfortable with calming neutrals and great finishes! We liked that there was real art, exceptional views, a corner balcony with seating and a large open area where could all chill and hang out! The space was absolutely perfect for us! We cooked a few meals together in the nice big kitchen. We had adequate bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach! Would absolutely book here again if coming with a group our size.

This was a lovely corner unit, nicely decorated, with floor to ceiling windows and great views all around. We have an adult son in a wheelchair, and the layout was open with plenty of room for his chair. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking, which made it easy to cook when we preferred staying in. We would highly recommend this unit, and would definitely stay again if we come back to Pensacola Beach!

What a beautiful setting with floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf! With a family of 7, it was very spacious and accommodating. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time together. Thank you!

Our only issue was getting the proper codes for gate and condo access upfront. We had to make a few calls to get what we needed. It all worked out in the end.

We loved the condo!
We absolutely loved this condo! The decor is beachy and relaxing. It was close to the beach, the pool is amazing, has a gas station next door, peg leg Pete’s is walking distance and delicious, & property managers were nice and easy to contact if we needed anything. Very happy with the property.

Lovely place, clean, great location, beautiful views. However, the security can be a pain. The pin codes for the entry gate and the pedestrian access were incorrect and had the wrong codes published in the hospitality app, off by 3 months or so. When we arrived past midnight we could not get past the car entry gate despite calling ahead saying we would be a late arrival. the mgmt team had only provided me the room access code, oops…. The team should have provided the complete and correct info prior to our arrival. I was able to reach mgmt team after twenty minutes of fumbling with the gate password. Another thing i did not appreciate was the parking warning signs as we entered the elevators. If you do not have the parking pass hanging on your rear view mirror, your car would be towed. It was already 1230am and now I have to stress out over my car getting towed???However, mgmt team was able to assure me not to worry and also delivered the missing passes after I called the next day. Despite these issues, we were able to enjoy the stay. With all the security controls it makes you wonder is the area safe; we felt safe the whole time. Maybe a little over engineered and not very welcoming. Despite these nagging things, we would stay there again.

I live on pensacola beach and I have had properties at the beach on VRBO so I’m familiar with starter packs but this condo didn’t even provide minimal starter items. I ran home and got the items we needed, but if you are traveling in stop at the publix or wal mart market in Gulf Breeze proper on the way.

This property was very nice. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. The trolly stop was right out front of the condo. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Loved being in the corner condo with the wrap around balcony. Sunsets were amazing! I would rent here again.

The management fixed everything with the parking. I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect set up for families with kids
This property was perfect for our family. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Kids room had bunk beds which they loved and they had their own bathroom with a shower/tub in it so bath time was a breeze. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and view was beautiful. It had a wrap around balcony to take in scenery. And it was right across the street from the beach. We easily made the 1 min walk with the whole family across the street with kids and beach gear in tow with no problem.
