The breakfast was fine. The location was quiet and close to main roads with plenty of shops and places to eat.

I had a window looking onto a corridor, not the view promised when I booked.

Location is the "sole" thing that is good about this property. Don't expect anything apart from the the convenient location and that too also can only be appreciated if you have to go to places which are nearby Banjara Hills . In case you which to visit Gacchibowli or Hitech City then the location wouldn't serve your purpose as its not nearby any metro station

I didn't find anything to like about this property. Let me start from stating the fact that we booked the hotel for 5 nights , out of which we only stayed for two nights(the first day of our trip and the last day), we therefore did not avail any of their services for those three days. however when they charged us for an extra water bottle we asked them to adjust it with those that we didn't avail or consume for three days to which they denied. On our return for our last night stay we found that the room was not cleaned nor a bottle of water was served, we constantly kept on asking for room service but they bluntly said that room cleaning can't be provided before 12 noon, we waited but no room service was received up till 2 pm when we left the property for lunch. On our arrival infact we found the floor dusty, we had to request them to replace the electric kettle which was full of dust. The person sitting at the front desk was in a no mood to help you out with anything and would make you feel as if you are asking his personal help.

A lot. I felt all the mosquitoes of Hyderabad was in our room only. There was a mosquito repellent liquid which dint work. There was less hot water for shower. I mean the geyser was so small that only 1 mug of hot water came at once. We had to take shower in warm/cold water (even for my 1.5 yr old daughter). I did not get an early check in as I had requested before arriving itself. But this point I will discount since rooms were not available. No dedicated kitchen, they bring breakfast from outside and serve. There are many good options outside itself we can explore by ourselves.

Convinent, well situated, staff helpful, they can only do their best.

Room had no natural light window, & was told it was because its lower grade room,however, this was not shown on the booking. Com website The room was also next to the reception room,& sometimes very loud late at night,awakening me.....to complain

That would be great if you have breakfast as complementary

Before hand I have to say that I'm from Argentina. The hotel is great, the staff excellent, the rooms comfortable with A/C, shower, hot water and very clean. The breakfast not so good for us but I think is great for Indians.

I didn't like that booking promote the hotel as "non prepayment needed - pay at the property" and this is fake. If you don't pay the hotel cancels your booking and it was very difficult to pay with international credit cards.
