Location is near a big mall, a lot of variety of food. Room is clean, spacious, tidy. Smoking is allowed in balcony.

A carpet here and there would make it perfect. But the price is relatively cheap for a whole apartment in Georgetown

The location is great, each room is wide enough to walk around, and the room is clean. Best part for my group is smoking is allowed in balcony, some people in my group is a heavy smoker.

The decor and furniture is kinda minimalistic, but with the reasonable price I have no complaints.

Small development with 13 units. Ground floor unit was good & safe. So we didn't need to use the lift except for access to the 6th floor to use the washing machine. Bonus:Free washing powder plus 2 machines for use. There was a filtered water cooler with drinking water (hot & cold). There was a bread toaster, mini oven toaster & microwave. The free wifi with youtube & netflix was a nice touch. There was also a booklet with all you need to see or do as a tourist that was handy. Staff at the guardhouse like Mandy & staff like Mr Fong were helpful & friendly. The place was well designed & functional for the guests. Bed was firm & we had a good night's sleep.

Kettle broke down after 1st night. It was replaced immediately by the staff.

The location is perfect literally 5 mins walk to Gurney Paragon shopping mall. The house is clean and shower with good water pressure. The host is very responsive and allowed us for late check out.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient food nearby and 24hr convenience shop at petrol station.

Nothing I Can Complain But Just For The Heads Up For The Management To Make It Much Better. Maybe Need To Add Wall Clock at Living Room Because I Cant’t Tell What Time Now Unless Look Up For Phone. There No Mirror On The 2nd Room I Stayed At Ground Floor Level.
