We rented this home to host a birthday celebration because of the large deck and yard space. It was absolutely beautiful for our small garden party! The deck was even larger than we expected and the yard was perfect for our Croquet and Badminton matches! The beach is so close that we were able to wander over for sunset. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was everything we hoped! It's so rare to find a home this close to the beach with this type of privacy and yard space!

The renters next door had screaming kids for most of the evening, but they settled down by 10pm. Although they came knocking on our door as someone must have complained about them and they thought it was us. That unsettled my teens, but we realize that type of thing in not controllable.

I loved EVERYTHING about this airbnb. The location was PERFECT! Having a driveway and a gorgeous back yard with hanging lights and a porch with a table to eat breakfast at was magical! The home was so well furnished and clean and comfortable. I even took pictures of all the bedding tags and when I got home I ordered the same duvet covers and shams because I just fell in love! Never slept so good. I honestly can't say enough. A grill to bbq on beach cruisers to explore on, and just everything you need at your fingertips. I told my husband I don't ever want to go to another airbnb and I'm obsessed with Carlsbad! Nicest most friendly and respectful people. The owner of the airbnb is also SO awesome and accommodating! So worth the price to stay here. I recommend this location to EVERYONE.

How close it was to the beach, literally walking distance. Also loved how close it was to Carlsbad village. I would definitely come back during the summer for this rental!
