We had a wonderful stay at this house while we were visiting for the Rugby World Cup. The location makes for very easy access (~20-30m by car) to Nice, Monte Carlo, and many other beautiful sites along the Riviera. The property is excellent for large groups - we had three families consisting of six adults and five children and had room to spare. As a heads up - the property does have air conditioning but only in three of the bedrooms. This didn't cause a problem for us as the weather wasn't too hot while we were there but it's something to be aware of. The pool has an automatic cover which is great for other parties with small children. It and the patio provides a wonderful, private place to relax. We would absolutely stay again. One other word of notification though - if you plan to be working just be aware that the internet connections are not terribly high speed. We often had significantly higher speeds tethering mobile devices than on the house Wifi. Hopefully that's not too much of a concern as this is a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. I would absolutely visit again!

Wonderful villa in the heart of Cap Ferrat. Enjoyed the beautiful home and garden a lot. It’s in a central location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. We were very pleased. Monsieur Olivier the owner was an excellent host. Very responsive and good communicator. Our contact Warda made sure all our needs were addressed. She was lovely. Thank you Monsieur Olivier and Madame Warda. We would definitely rent this home again.

Une très belle villa provençale dans un beau quartier calme et non très loin du village. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
