Upon arrival you are told at the gate you have to get keys from another place (about 15 min round trip)
You have to drop off the keys at the same location when leaving I assumed as I received no check out instructions

I stayed at the same condos before, different unit, didn’t have these problems

Property is wonderful, everything you need for a quite get away. This location is far enough away from the main beaches to provide privacy, but close enough to drop into any of the local resorts and attractions. We will be back!

Our Condo was fine best we have stayed in on our eight visits. Our daughter and her family stayed next door and was totally disappointed in the condition of their unit. Here is a list: Hole in bathroom shower wall, mold around shower door and toilet, air conditioner filter very dirty, ceilings in living area separating from walls, mattress in master bedroom sinks to the middle. My son in law is a building contractor in Atlanta and he stated the entire Condo needs re-modeling work. They were planning to come back next summer but will no longer do so. I think he owners of this condo should really consider remodeling before renting again. Their condo really doesn't represent Ocean Gallery or Resort Rentals. You have lost two families that will no longer enjoy your facilities.

We have vacationed at Land's End for years and this is our favorite condo! It is well stocked, has a great view, and is clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoy the balcony and the high top table enables you to see the beach and the water easily! We can't wait to return!

This was our 7th stay in a unit found on Land End’s property. Building 7, Unit 306 was by far the best renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped to include every type of cooking gadget you may need. Understanding that most people don’t want cook on vacation; however, when you do prepare a meal having a fully equipped kitchen is a real bonus. The high-top table and chairs on the balcony gave us a splendid view of the gulf. The layout of the living area was wonderful with having a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs supplied plenty of seating for the four of us. The large island in the kitchen gave us plenty of room for preparing and serving our food. The dining table was a suitable place for playing games with our family and sharing meals together. The beds were comfortable. You will not be disappointed in renting 306 in building 7 and highly recommend it. We are planning to rent it again.

Those are things we had to buy when just one or two extras would have sufficed. Also, management was a little unfriendly. I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The condo has everything you need for a great time. Lots of dishes, towels, pillows, and books. The location on the beach with a pool was just perfect us. The cable went out intermittently but we were able to watch the SuperBowl. We did have issues with internet on arrival. We are from Canada and have to pay for roaming and data. We let the manager know immediately that the password given wasn’t working. We spoke with spectrum support and went through all the troubleshooting. After 2 days and a few phone calls and a visit from resort rentals they realized we were given the wrong password.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Most importantly, you could tell that there was great attention to detail with regards to cleanliness. I would recommend maintenance on the dishwasher, as the bottom rack would not stay on track and was difficult to use. The balcony provided a wonderful view and we would definitely recommend this condo to others. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment itself was lovely, with a fabulous view over the gulf. However there were a few additional items that the apartment could have been equipped with such as a kettle, clothes drying rack etc and the dishwasher needs maintenance. The Lands End complex itself is in a lovely location but I would suggest is suited to to couples rather than families. There are multiple rules in and around the pool area, some rightly so but some seemed a little excessive. Both our children and us felt as though they were not able to be children due to the rules and extremely quiet nature of the pool area, so we spent most of our time on the beach.

Our unit was clearly recently renovated within the last couple of years with modern finishes and was like a home away from home. It was both clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable if you want to be on the beach. It was like walking into your backyard and as it's on the end of the island there's no through traffic. We didn't even make use of the pool and clubhouse as we had great weather and spent everyday on the beach (did I mention that it was like in the backyard). As this was our first time in the area, Gail in the office gave us great suggestions on dining and activities in the area that were spot on.
