We stayed a few days with my friends at Villa El Olivo and we really liked this villa. It has a beautiful pool and a large chill-out area where you can relax. It also has a very nice outdoor dining area. The interior of the house is very well laid out and has everything you need.

Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere.
Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?

Not as good as pictured
Property was not as nice as pictured. It was not well equipped and is in need of maintenance. There were cobwebbs, missing remotes for the air conditioning units. The day after we arrived we needed to go get the following supplies: toilet paper, hand soap for bathrooms, garbage bags, ant spray (ants everywhere), Dish cloths, napkins, pizza cutter, mixing spoon. Then after the kitchen sink clogged we had to buy drain cleaner. We tried to contact the property manager and it would take 2-3 days for her to get back to us. My husband took apart the drain to fix the sink without success. We finally had a plumber out, twice. All he needed was a plunger for the drain and couldn't believe the place didn't have one. He also had to replace a leaking faucet in the upstairs bathroom. The ants were in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. My parents were bitten up in bed by the ants. It took several applications of ant spray to get them under control. There were bees around the pool that I asked if they could be taken care of. They didn't and I was stung in the neck while in the pool. The living room was always warm, even with the AC on. We had to have the air conditioning repair person out. You must keep both doors to the kitchen closed at all times to get help keep the living room cooler. Which means you roast while in the kitchen. I was planning on cooking, but the kitchen is not well equipped. the outside and house were good, but run down. There was a booklet about the property, which didn't include how to use the dryer, however, the dryer didn't work well so we dried clothes outside. There was a page long list of how you had to clean and leave the house, which included cleaning the grill, and again, nothing in the house to clean the grill with. If it was not as directed they will charge you 200 euros. Finally, they state they will return your 800 euro damage deposit 10 days after you leave. On day 12 I had to call and request our money back. This was our home for 3 weeks. I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Urlaub, die Betreuung durch Weekly Villas sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Elektrik im Haus, wir hatten 2 Tage lang kein heisses Wasser, da die Stromversorgung nach Einschalten der Poolheizung (der Nachmieter wünschte einen beheizten Pool) zusammenbrach. Und ich habe bis heute die Kaution nicht zurückerhalten.

Nice stay and perfect unusual weather
Rented the property on December and had perfect days to stay in the garden and the pool. The only problem that we had it was with the shower temperature as it wasn't constant (sometimes cold or hot)

Villa agréable avec un beau jardin entièrement climatisée bel espace de vie intérieur et extérieur
Beau séjour dans cette villa . On regrette juste les deux chambres en enfilade au 2ème étage . L’équipe de l’agence est disponible et réactive tout le long du séjour ce qui a était pour nous très agréable. La villa était au top pour nous voyageant avec famille amis et notre chien. L’espace extérieur est très agréable avec terrasse ombragée rofftop belle piscine et beau jardin sans aucun vis à vis. A l’intérieur on apprécie la climatisation dans toutes les pièces . Le quartier est calme bien situé non loin de villa nova et Sitges plage. Je recommande donc ce séjour! Et encore merci à notre interlocutrice Maria.

Good sized property 20 minutes outside Sitges. Only suitable as 4 bedroom as 1 bedroom is reached through another bedroom. 1 en-suite and 1 additional bathroom.
We were disappointed with outside space. The grass around pool was not cut. The pool was really good.
The house overall needs some more care and attention. Seat cushions for outside furniture were poor quality .

Nice Villa - but looking a bit tired
Two families - 3 teenagers and 4 adults staying for 12nts.
The villa was nice enough but did not live up to my expectations based on the photos.
The villa is looking tired in a number of areas and could do with a bit of a re-furbish. Having booked villa holidays over the past 16 years - this villa wouldn't be in my top 10 based on value for money; location and facilities.
If you stay at the El Olivo you will enjoy a large pool, the size of the villa and if you like quiet and out of the way, then it will also be to your liking. But for us it wasn't value for money and the location wasn't your best.
Sitges itself is lovely but again we found it pricey (a meal we had in Barcelona was cheaper). Despite the above we enjoyed or stay - weather was great, Sitges beach is lovely, people were friendly enough and there where no dramas.
Gisela who met us at the villa and was our contact during our stay was excellent and very helpful - five stars for her!
Also agree with other reviewers about mozzy spray - it is a necessity - bring loads of it!

Holiday with family in June
Firstly, Weekly Villas were an absolute delight to deal with ....very professional, efficient and sociable.
The villa itself is in a great location if you want peace and quiet and, good woodland views. However be prepared to have to travel for basic amenities. You cant have 'your cake and eat it'
The swimming pool was excellent.....we paid for it to be heated and it was worth every penny/euro as we went in it every day.
Stiges was only a ten minute drive away but there were far better places to visit..... Monserrat is must as well as Tarragona.
The villa was spacious for a family of 6 , anymore I think it may have got a little crowded. The villa is beginning to feel and look a little tired and needs some attention to detail....none of which are deal breakers and shouldn't put you off.
We had a pleasureable holiday in a beautiful part of Spain.
A car is a must as well as mosquito repellant !

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances ! Un temps magnifique même en Février. Sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux de Nola toujours prête à rendre service ! Encore merci ! Seul bémol la piscine qui n’était pas assez chauffée ! Mais nous avons fait notre réservation en dernière minute 😅� . Prévenir une semaine à l’avance , si vous voulez une piscine chauffée 😉�.

Eine schöne Villa ideal für 2 Familien
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Der beheizbare Pool ist für 4 Kindern in ihren Herbstferien natürlich obercool. Die Besitzer kümmern sich jederzeit.
Auch Sidges selbst war ein prima Urlaubsziel. Und auch Barcelona ist mit dem Mietauto in 45 Minuten erreichbar. :)

Perfect and idyllic from start to finish
Travelling as a family of 7 which included two small children aged 5 and 6 is always a challenge. Noelia has been so helpful and friendly all the way through the process right from my initial enquiry to our departure. The house is simply delightful and perfect for a game of hide and seek! There is so much space without tripping over each other. Everything is high quality and luxurious. The pictures really do represent this property well and we were not disappointed upon arrival. The villa is about 10 minutes out of Sitges which didn't represent a problem to my family at all. You will need a hire car though but when visiting Spain I would always recommend it to visit all the small little towns and villages dotted around.
I will be and have recommended Villa El Olivo to family and friends and hope to visit again very soon.
I miss the place and have only been away 2 days. :-(

Nice roomy villa for an extended family
Our party of 10 (8 adults + 2 children) enjoyed a one week holiday in this nice villa. Location is a bit remote, but very peasefull neighborhood. With rental car, this is not a problem at all.
There is enough room in both outside and inside. We had a pleasure to enjoy a couple of sunny days by the pool and the backyard proved to be very pleasant. We also stayed in a villa for one rainy day and felt interiors adequate for bad weather.
The advert (including photos) gives very realistic picture of the villa and there was no need to be dissapointed in any way.
Special thanks for Noelia; she was easily reached all the time and is a nice person too!
We would definitely come back to this villa on our next trip to Sitges/Barcelona. :)

This place was fantastic!!!!
We stayed at this property with another family. The backyard amenities and setup is second to none!! The location is perfect- close to Sitges and another village for groceries etc. The layout of the house is very spacious and accommodating with multiple decks, patios and sitting areas. We had five kids there ranging from age 12 to age six and it was perfect. They even have an outdoor ping pong table!! The bbq area was awesome and the kitchen has everything you need! I would highly highly recommend this property!!!!!

A peaceful, wonderful stay
The villa is situated in a peaceful area with no disturbances -- only noise was from the dogs discoursing from time to time with each other over the hills. Simply loved the pool and the master bedroom! Everything was modern and efficient.
This location is not for the one wanting nightlife right at their doorstep, instead it is for those who want a nice, relaxing time, the star-lit sky above the heads in pleasant silence.
The weather wasn't on our side but it was a wonderful fit for me. The nearest restaurant, Carnivoro, didn't allow guests in just for a drink and a cigar, which was a bit of a bummer.
This is a great location if you have a car, 10 minutes from Sitges, 25 minutes from Barcelona.
Noella, our manager, was extremely nice and helpful with good English skills! I would recommend dealing with her any day and would definitely rent from her again!

Lovely villa perfect for a family holiday
The villa comfortably accommodated 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children. It is spacious over 3 floors and has 2 large verandas, one by the pool and one rooftop which has super views over surrounding countryside. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a holiday. It is also very private with no one overlooking so nude sunbathing certainly an option! We were met when we arrived by Noelia who was very helpful and spoke some English. We had contact with her by text and she quickly sorted a small issue we had on arrival. Jacques who managed our booking kept in touch by email and was very helpful and efficient. The pool is wonderful, our children spent loads of time in it and we had many late night the swims to cool off at the end of a hot day. We had a fantastic time and were very sorry to come home.

A perfect, relaxing holiday
We were an extended family of 5 adults and 4 children (1-4 years) staying in Villa El Olivo in early June. The villa was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is situated in a quiet area with fabulous views over the hills of Mas Mestre (and yes, we enjoyed it having cava on the roof terrace every night). Easy access to nearby villages & services by car.
Most of the days we just enjoyed the pool and a wonderful BBQ area. There was everything we needed for cooking & dining for 9 people. The pool & terrace area is very comfortable with nice and clean sofas, chairs etc. to have a drink watching at the pool. Everything was safe for children.
Sitges was a positive surprise with not too many people in June, we enjoyed the clean beaces and nice restaurants for lunch.
The weather was hot, 27-30 degrees & sunny all the week, the pool 24 C, children loved it. We had planned to do some hiking, but finally we didn't because of the dry and hot weather, which was more suitable for sunbathing or swimming.
The villa was clean, everything as described, no surprises. Upstairs in the master bedroom & downstairs in the livingroom there is A/C, 2nd floor bedrooms were hotter but with a fan in the roof. Clean bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. I would recommend the villa for groups of friends or family .
Both the owner Jacques K. and the local contact person Noelia were very nice and active and responded quicly. If we needed something, it was arranged with no delay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Pretty nice location
We had an amazing stay at el olivo in October. The weather was constantly beautiful. We spent most of the day in the house at the pool, in the evening we went to Sitges for shopping and dinner. In Sitges there are lots of different restaurants and possibilities for going shopping and even Barcelona is not far.
The villa is very comfortable and nice equipped. When we arrived (thanks to Silvie for the nice welcome), the house was clean, everything was as described. We always would return!!
