The aparment is situated in a newly built modern area with a supermarket 2 min walk and amazing restraunts and bars a few minutes further. We hired a car so went to a gorgeous marina about 11 min away where there is loads of shops and food places. The airport doesnt have aircon but its cool anyway. Get a fan. DEFFO hire a car as you get to goto los christianos 14 min drive, costa adeje 18 min drive las americas 19 min drive its unreal.

Just have aircon oh and black out curtains and the aparment would be unreal.

Great, comfortable, modern apartment. There was a washing machine so we were able to wash our clothes. There was an iron, hair dryer, tv with many channels (2 for kids), kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal. Very good and safe parking. The whole building was also well protected.

Palm Mar is a very quiet place, so you will not see much without renting a car. There are only a few restaurants and the beach is not the best, but it’s located near Los Cristianos (15min drive) were you can find many attractions.
