Perfect location. Very well equipped
I was arriving very late at night and really appreciated the fact that Tim made it very easy to access the cottage.
The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was as advertised,being an easy walk to shops, city center, the water and beautiful park.
Will definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect getaway in Victoria
We were here from Seattle just for a few days but will return now at regular intervals. The cottage is lovely, and so are the garden and the neighborhood. Everything tip-top!

Lovely Location
It is hard not to like Victoria. We have been many times. The house was very adequate for the price. There are a few little repairs that need to be tended to, such as a properly working coffee grinder, and a few additional items that would be useful in the kitchen, such as an ice cream scoop. We purchased a couple of glasses for wine and left them since there were only two glasses for wine and we did not want to waste energy running the dishwasher too often. We would also suggest a grab rail in the shower for older guests, it can get quite slippery. We loved all the staples that were provided and when I called for help on a Wifi issue I was very pleased with the response. The location of the home was perfect for our needs but I knew that when I booked, being familiar with Victoria. In some ways the most difficult aspect was the planning through a third party (Home Away) rather than being able to converse directly with the owner.

counter tops need replacing . wood not very healthy, everything else was great.
We really enjoyed the place ,it was well eguipped and really appreciated some basic supplies being there, grounds needed some work to make surroundings more pleasant, but all was good and would stay again.

Perfect Cottage
The location of this cottage is close to everything, 15 - 20 minute walk downtown, 5 minutes to the beach. The cottage had everything you would need for your stay. We were there for 10 nights and cooked dinner in, nothing really missing in the kitchen. Lots of little spots to eat out as well. James Bay Inn was a nice pub for dinner and drinks. The bed was comfortable, the couch was fine in the living room and the bathroom with the washer and dryer was great. Daniela was awesome with questions and her response time. We look forward to staying at the South Turner cottage again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Big House.
This is the 3 or 4 time we have been to Jordan's property on South Turner. We have always enjoyed its location, close to the ocean and Victoria's downtown and the amenities provided in the units.

Great location and very comfortable stay!
We had a lovely vacation and found it really convenient to stop into our "home away from home" at times during the day. Then we were off for another walk from this very central location.

We enjoyed staying at the cottage. It had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. It is a great location: close to downtown, the ocean, a grocery store and coffee shops. We sat outside in the little garden area to have dinner and breakfast. Our favourite bookstores, Munro's and Russell Books, tea shop Murchies and seafood restaurant, Ferris' Oyster Bar were within walking or short drive away. We will be back!

This cottage is spacious, pleasant, comfortable. It is close to virtually everything. Everything is in clean good order. Even the bed is comfortable. Management is both friendly and helpful.

Great cottage, great location!
I have nothing but praise for my stay at this delightful little cottage, which is actually more spacious than it looks in the photos. The bed was firm and supremely comfy; the bedding was good quality. The walk-in shower was great, there were ample towels and the heated towel rack and bathroom floor were a treat. The kitchen had excellent pots and pans -- no flimsy, scratched-up non-stick cookware, it was all heavy-bottomed stainless -- which made my daily meal preparations a pleasure.
Prior to arriving, I emailed the host, Jordon, several times with questions about the accommodations. His responses were always prompt, clear, and gracious. I would definitely rent this place again.

Good experience
The cottage was comfortable, clean and well situated. We loved walking down the streets of old
well kept houses with wonderful flower beds and trees out in blossom. Finding and getting into the place
was a bit of a challenge with no directions provided before we left home as we do not carry an iphone.

An excellent cottage that really is "near it all"! The property yard could use some TLC.
We really liked the cottage and it's location. We walked everywhere in the area. Restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, Inner Harbour, Legislature and more within easy walking distance. Loved Beacon Hill Park as well. The cottage was well equipped with everything you need. The yard is in need of some TLC but this was also the off season.

Enjoyed South Turner Cottage
This is our second trip and we again enjoyed the South Turner Cottage. The cottage is centrally located and cozy to return to after a day walking in the December rain of Victoria. Amenities: washer & dryer were great to have for the wet weather and were taken into account when we booked out stay. Thanks & Regards.

Comfortable, well equipped, and close to everything
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is superb -- close to the Emily Carr house, Beacon Hill Park, and downtown. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Good restaurants and grocery stores were also close at hand. The cottage itself was very comfortable and well equipped.

Comfortable and cozy!
We spent 5 much needed restful nights in this very comfortable and cozy cottage. It was very clean, well stocked, quiet, and a great location - close to town, a beach, some great restaurants and a nice neighborhood that allowed us to feel more like locals rather than tourists. We also appreciated the very clear instructions, quick communication and area to store our bikes. We felt the cottage was a great value, too.

Great location!
This cottage is nestled in a residential area, very quiet and yet central to everything. It is lovely to wake up in the morning to the sound of nothing much more than seagulls. Excepting a tour to Buchart Gardens and a Hop-On Hop-Off tour, my husband and I (in our 60's) walked everywhere. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the waterfront trail and the Inner Habour area. The cottage was clean, modern and well equipped. And the abundant coffee and chocolate most appreciated!
