Great townhome in Winter Park. Close to the ski slopes. Place was exactly as described and perfect for our late spring ski trip. This was the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The place was everything you could want in a stay - front the outfitted kitchen to the personal items in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. We will definitely be back!

Went up for labor day weekend. Home was perfect for 3 couples and very well stocked for people who like to cook. Within walking distance to the slopes and close to town. Loved all the fireplaces. Would definitely return.

Perfect stay. Beautiful condo and great access to mountain. The condo is gorgeous, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

We had a great time and would stay again. Be ready for hundreds of steps a day, moving around inside the home and getting to the corridor involves lots of stairs.

This home was perfect! The location is only about a 10 min easy walk to Winter Park Village. There is also a shuttle available at the Iron Horse Resort (next door property) that you can catch for free. This property has EVERYTHING!!! We utilized all 4 bedrooms. Each room has their own designated bathroom with plenty of towels, soap, etc.... The kitchen has all the amenities that are needed. We forgot our crockpot but the property had it!!! The pantry cabinet included coffee, filters, olive oil, spices and foil paper. Plenty of trash bags and paper towels. We stayed right after Thanksgiving and to our surprise, a Christmas Tree was also provided. This property has everything that it claims to have. The jacuzzi is cleaned out between renters, which is FANTASTIC! One last thing I'd like to mention that was important to me, is that Winter Park Lodging Company was awesome!!! They were excellent in their communication, response time and flexibility. They have the option of texting which was super convenient!! Wonderful experience!!!!

It was wonderful lodging. The house was beautiful and cozy. We were so close to the skiing and it made it so easy. Loved the little village of shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

This place was exactly as described as were the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. They had everything you need, including plenty of humidifiers that we definitely used due to the dry air. The main master bedroom did not have a closet to use so you will have to use the dresser to store your clothes, but that's just a tip and not a complaint. Easy check in, check out. Highly recommend. We had 4 couples and a golden retriever and everyone was very pleased!

Great location for family fun!
Base Camp 462 has it all. Close access to the slopes, private hot tub, kitchen with all the amenities that one needs for accommodating all guests, and ample room for our multi- generational family. Winter Park Lodging is one of the best management companies that we have encountered, making sure that all is well during the stay. Keep up the excellent service!

Great ski condo!
Amazing property. Very well maintained and decorated. Short hike to the ski run (corridor) and up some steps. The more adventurous in our group skied through the woods back to the condo, but I would probably recommend just walkibg back down the stairs. Easy parking for 2 cars, easy ski storage in the garage. 4 person hot tub on a great deck. Great room/kitchen was a tremendous place to hang out and watch the Olympics! Owners checked in on us via text several times and responded promptly to all inquiries. Had a great time and would return!

We had a wonderful time and made some wonderful memories .The house was awesome. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking!! Would defiantly recommend staying here!!!

There were nine of us girls who stayed at the beautiful condo in Winter Park. We have stayed at many properties but this is the nicest of them all! They have given attention to every detail, we felt like we were at home and never wanted to leave! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who would like to get away and relax in the beautiful Colorado mountains.

There were nine of us girls who stayed at the beautiful condo in Winter Park. We have stayed at many properties but this is the nicest of them all! Our stay at Base Camp Condos
Our Family Reunion was held at the Base Camp Condo of which 462 was on of the 5 we rented.
All the units were nicely decorated, with fully appointed kitchens. The location was private, yet it was easy to access the base of the mountain and gondola, activities and restaurants.

Dream Kitchen and Entertaining Space
Amazing, fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need - down to the spice rack! We loved the fireplace and TV in the kitchen, made it easy to seat and entertain our group of 12 with big meals. Description is very accurate on the entire home! Hot tub was wonderful to relax in, with private views of the trees!
Some info for new groups - there are a lot of stairs - All of the masters are on the 3rd floor, so may not be great for all groups!
We would also consider this more trudge in/trudge out - you couldn't ski directly to the house. It was about a 400 yard walk uphill to put on skis to go down to the gondola. Make sure you read the directions with your check-in because the closer path is not in plain sight.

For such a big house, 2 parking spaces was inconvenient and the TVs were very small and out of date. The cable was connected via the old red/yellow/white audio/video cables. This wouldn't have been much of an issue, but we brought a nintendo 64 which requires the same adapter ports, so we had to unplug and replug everything in when we wanted to switch between cable TV and game play. This didn't ruin the trip or anything near that, but it would be relatively cheap to improve the TV/cable set up (get a bigger TV, hook everything up with HDMI cables). I was still very happy with everything else, so my comments are meant as constructive criticism not a complaint. ThanksMANAGER'S COMMENTS...We can't do much about the parking, but we agree 100% with you about bringing the Tvs into the 21st century. We will suggest upgrades to the owner. Thanks for the feedback.

Excellent
We were very pleased with the house we rented. We were a party of 6 but easily could have fit 8 comfortably, with room to spare. The house had everything we needed...fully stocked kitchen items, plenty of towels, and the bikes & ping pong table were an unexpected extra. The management company responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Stay in August
The house is gorgeous and I love the attention to detail. This is one of the first houses I've stayed that had so many towels, spices, shampoo/conditioner/soap, Paper towels and laundry detergent... etc. All these little details make this house a definite win not to mention the beautiful design of each room. We really enjoyed all the space and wonderful access to the hot tub and bikes. My only suggestion is being there in August the master suite got very warm in the mornings, but the house had wonderful rotating fans that helped. We will definitely stay again!

5 STAR Luxury Ski Trip!
Hands down, the BEST rental company we've EVER used! 5 STARS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time I called all of the staff I spoke to was incredibly polite, professional & helpful. They seemed to REALLY want to help me with our vacation plans. Base Camp 462 was absolutely phenomenal. The owners thought of everything, from heated bathroom floors, to boot dryers, gourmet kitchen, hot tub, great TVs, 2 sets of washers/dyers, sound system throughout, heated driveway~ you name it & it was there & it was TOP NOTCH! The linens & decor were extremely tasteful and of high quality, as well as all of the appliances, kitchen utensils & electronics. The views from this house were gorgeous!!! We had plenty of room with 2 families for a total of 9 people. We never felt crowded or cramped. The starter toiletries were Aveda brand. The Winter Park Lodging Company had a personal handwritten letter to us on the kitchen counter along with other sweet welcoming surprises including a BIG bag of high quality trail mix & nuts. Instructions for everything in the home were clearly marked & explained. The hospitality app that WPLC offers was incredibly helpful & informative. We will ABSOLUTELY use WPLC again & highly recommend them to everyone!

This is one of the most beautiful sites I'd seen in Winter Park and the third best place I'd had also. They all belong to Winter Park Lodging Company and the staff is A #1. How can you beat it? Great accommodations and your service is second to none. I will say that the one real tough issue is parking. We had heard repeatedly form your staff that there was " free overflow parking" right off of Iron Horse way. 8 of us scoured every inch of that space looking for such an area. Every spot we saw was explicit in that it was only to be parked in with a permit or you were to be towed at owners expense. We simply never found it and so there was some misunderstanding on that piece, otherwise thank you very much for another great time. Thank you
