I was very satisfied with the communication. House was very comfortable and great area to entertain. Especially with kids, you can see them when they were in the pool. Some minor upgrades needed within the house but other than that we had a great time.

This house was great - even in the midst of a storm it had everything we needed and was just a short walk for the beach. David was also quick to communicate and answer any questions we had!

The property was a nice size. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Definitely was enough room although the dining table could be bigger for the size of the house. Two issues: 1) was that the hot tub stopped working on Day 5 and issue was not fixed nor were we updated prior to our departure. 2) Gas grill was not great and we grill daily. For the price of the house the grill should be replaced.

Very spacious, comfy furniture, nice location with a lovely front porch. Helpful with check in time flexibility. Would return to this treasure.

The house was well laid out with great bedrooms and an amazing front porch. Pool was perfect and the walk to beach or enterainment was short and easy.

We brought our whole family to the beach to celebrate 50 years of marriage. We had 2 grandparents, 3 adult sons and their wives, 9 grandchildren ages 8-15. The house was perfect for us. We had lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. The walk to the beach was very reasonable. David was responsive and kind when we needed him a few times. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is very well kept and the location can’t be beat. We stayed with 3 other families who we are close friends with. It was a great space for us to all reconnect while also being able to spread out to take care of our respective kids without tripping over each other. Property owner and manager were very responsive and helpful with a pool maintenance issue we experienced. The whole experience was well worth the trip!

I hesitate to leave a raving review as we want to be able to rent this house every year! We had the most incredible trip, David was a perfect host, location….can’t wait to return!

Although we had some issues with check-in that were quickly resolved by the property manager, the entire stay was sooo nice! The house was perfect. I would most definitely go again when the pool and hot tub are available! As a result of the issues at check-in, we were allowed to check-out in the evening on Sunday, which practically gave us an extra day of fun and relaxation.

How refreshing to have a property accurately described and photographed! This is an incredible house! It is beautiful, functional and well equipped. By far the best rental I have ever had. I rented the house as a reunion location for 12 adults (6 couples) and every one of them commented on how great the house was. The dining area has a table for 12, perfect for our group dinners, but also has 10 counter stools and a large counter for staggered breakfasts or doing a 1000 piece puzzle. Kitchen is large and the two coffee pots meant there was always coffee. 2 washers and dryers upstairs! Nothing not to love in this house. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as shopping. We were there off season so the pool and hot tub were not open yet. As a suggestion, it would be very helpful to have a binder of instructions in the house. Water pressure in the house is low. We coordinated our showers to minimize this. Hope to return some day!

Space is great for a large group, each bedroom has private bathroom, and communication with David could not have been better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I've been coming to Rehoboth on and off for the last 15 years and this was by far, the most beautiful and well-maintained home. We were wowed the moment we walked in. We stayed with our extended family of 10 adults, a toddler and infant. The three bedrooms on the first floor made it easy for anyone that has a hard time with stairs. The en-suite allowed everyone privacy and peace. All the rooms were equally nice so everyone was happy. Except the master suite, which was beyond expectations and perfect for my in-laws. There are so many outdoor spaces to rest that people had the opportunity to sit on their own if they wanted quiet time; but each outdoor space could also fit our entire group. The kitchen is large and allows 3-4 people to cook at once. The dining fit our group too. We made family dinners every night Little details, like having two washers and two dryers and having a fridge upstairs provided so much convenience. Easy walk to the beach and all of the restaurants.

We had 13 people celebrating a birthday and accommodations were great as we could all sit together to talk, eat, etc.

House was great, well equipped for our needs as 4 families with young kids. Tons of space, pool, hot tub, location—all great.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! It was clean, huge - we never felt like it was too crowded. It's a short walk to the beach at an area that wasn't overly crowded like in the middle of town but still a short walk to the middle of town. The pool and hot tub were amazing for when the kiddos got tired of the beach. The house had more than enough refrigerators, kitchen equipment, it has everything you could possibly need. The front porch is amazing for sitting outside in the shade and the fans provide a nice breeze. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our family had an amazing time and will be talking about Rehobeth Beach for years to come. Even now, however, the cost to rent this property for the week was very high. We had to supply all paper products, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, towels for bathrooms, and hand soaps for all bathrooms. It seems when a property is over $15,000 for a week stay these things would be complimentary. Other than the cost, the home was terrific and our five grandchildren had a great week with much to do between the backyard pool to the ocean beach and boardwalk. Our grown children/spouses were very happy with the stay, however, it was a once in a lifetime for us as it was way over our family budget so we will not be able to enjoy this property in the future.

The rooms are spacious, and the 8 bathrooms was a joy having so many females on the trip. The family enjoyed the pool and the gathering space in the living room. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Rohoboth Beach DE.

Overall, our experience at this listing was spot on. The location is blocks from the boardwalk and downtown, which was incredibly convenient. The house is also laid out really well, the pictures don’t really do it justice. Between the living room, kitchen and outdoor area, there was a ton of seating and space for 18 people. The pool and hot tub were also a good size, and because we went in late April, parking for 6 SUVs was not an issue at all. Their kitchen is fully stocked to cook, the bedrooms were all a nice size had nice bathrooms / showers. And once you closed the doors to your rooms, you didn’t hear much outside noise (which was clutch with 10 kids running around). David was our property manager and he was also very responsive and on top of stuff. For example: the pool ran low on chlorine and got all murky and cloudy, and he had a guy out within an hour checking the pool and fixing the issue. A couple of things we would have liked to see though. The property had no paper towels, toilet paper or hand soap in any of the bathrooms, and we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Those touches would have been nice. The master bedroom door and bathroom door also didn’t close properly . The general consensus was all love for this place, we will definitely try and rebook on a yearly basis.

This home was lovely. Best home we have ever stayed at and we been doing Vbr for years. This home is fully equipped with everything you need, starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its bathroom. This home is very spacious. And, David is one call away. He made it so easy for us. He allows to check in and check out at anytime. David is great. *****

My family has been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany/Fenwick for years for the Christmas holiday. This house was perfect for the 14 of us, ages 3 to 60. Open floor plan allowed all of us to be together while still doing our own thing—cooking, eating, playing games, visiting. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/bath which is a real plus. Location is great to beach and restaurants/shops. Couldn’t ask for more (other than a second stove/oven)! David was fantastic to work with. Would definitely stay again.

We could not have been happier with the rental. Location is a short block and half walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to Funland and 10 minutes (or less) to town. The house is huge, with a wide open floor plan and seating for everyone in our 12 person, multigenerational household. There was a first floor master and then 2 bunk/kids rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and there are 3 fridges in the house for all your needs. The pool/hot tub were in great shape. We have young kids and there’s a feature on the door (that you can turn off in unnecessary for your group) where if the door to the pool is opened, if you don’t press a button, an alarm goes off. It’s fantastic for peace of mind. Only complaint is the house isn’t available more of the summer!

Three families, 18 people and plenty of space and supplies. This home is luxurious and functional. We loved the large gathering spaces both inside and out and that we could all retreat to private bedrooms and baths. The location was an easy walk to the beach or town and the pool was a great option for days when the beach was skipped or an evening swim. The owner was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we had. It was a splurge for us but worth it!
