This property exceeded our expectations! Great kitchen—spacious bedrooms and a beautiful screened porch to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. There were kayaks for our use which the family loved. We made sweet memories and hope to go back!

Awesome week's stay with the family (2 couples, 5 kids from 11-15). There's a great little cliff jumping spot just minutes away and the Marina is really close as well. The horseshoe pit could use a little work, but overall the Property was great, clean, and as advertised

We loved our stay in this secluded home on Greers Ferry Lake. Even though it is November, we used the screened in porch every morning. We also had fires nearly every night. This home was cozy, well-stocked, extremely clean, and provided just what my family needed...A relaxing Covid-free Thanksgiving get-away! Thank you so much! Sharon

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 kids (Ages 8-16). The screened in porch was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any bugs. Our older kids loved fishing from the bank and taking the kayak out on the water. We saw a bald eagle and a pileated woodpecker from the porch. Kids swam right out front (even though we visited in October!) and did cliff jumping from a spot about 3 minutes drive from the house. Kitchen is bigger than it looks in photos and was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. We also had plenty of extra sheets/blankets/towels. Kids also loved making s’mores in the fire pit. The downstairs bathroom is tiny but there are two nice sized full bathrooms upstairs. Owners could not have been more responsive. We had a great stay!!

Wonderful Fall Break weekend! Our family of 6 had plenty of room at this clean and well appointed property. We enjoyed the easy lake access for swimming and kayaking and the beautiful screen porch for relaxing and playing games together. Owner is very responsive and we would definitely recommend! We had wonderful meals that we prepared together in the large kitchen and cooked on the grill. We sat on the porch looking at the lake and listening to nature. We had s'mores at the fire pit. We went kayaking in the lake behind the house and we played games around the large dining table. The only time we had to leave was to rent a boat to hit the lake. We could not have asked for a better weekend.The owners were awesome to deal with. All seven of us highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. A large group gathered for my grandmother's 86th birthday and this house was perfect! We enjoyed the large screened in porch so much! It was a short walk to the water and we enjoyed fishing and swimming right there at the house. The jumping cliffs were so close a few of us paddled the kayaks to them. The house was very clean and provided to perfect setting for our large group. The owners were extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect location! This is our fourth time on the lake & this has been the best location yet. The proximity to the cliffs was great. We were able to leave the boat in the water tied right off the property all week. The inlet off the house is perfect for all water sports. The house size is perfect & very nicely decorated. Literally a 2 minute boat ride to the cliffs! The owner was very sweet & accommodating! We will definitely book this house again on our next trip! 7/27/2020 COVID... #socialdistancing

Property owners very nice. Lake is gorgeous but view is obstructed with trees. Quiet area, wifi is spotty.

This house was a great place for our family to meet and enjoy the lake. It has a nice screened in patio with gas grill, two kayaks and easy access to the lake with beautiful views. Our kids had a great time catching bream right there behind the house. A full service marina with boat rentals is only a few minutes away.

We had so much fun sitting on the porch. That porch was great for card playing eating and watching the hardest rain we ever saw! Marina has everything you need and the house was great.

The pictures and description are underselling this house. It is nice for a large group 8-12! Nice path to lake. Bedrooms and living spaces are divided on two levels which is good for a large group. Very nice screen porch. With the porch and indoor seating, you can seat 12 for a meal easily. Very well maintained house. Well equipped kitchen. Keurig and regular coffee pots provided. A little hard to find as the road is steep and narrow but that also makes the house private and quiet. We rented a pontoon at laceys and pulled it up to shore to load kids and coolers. Easy walk to lake except for four steep steps.

Everything was great! House was very clean and spacious for our family. Being able to pull the boat right up to the bank was really helpful. Screened in porch was really nice. We can't wait to go back! Melody was very professional and courteous.

This home is on a private road and we could not believe how quiet it was even on the weekend! Kids used the two canoes every day. Only issue had was that there were many thorn bushes in the water and it was tough fishing from the shore. Enjoyed the house and it’s well stocked with utensils and even has satellite internet!

This house is beautiful and was perfectly accommodating for all of my family - mom, kids and grandkids - to join my husband and I for a long weekend of fun to celebrate his 60th Birthday. Lots of room, wonderful view of the lake, and very relaxing back patio and deck. The bed was so comfortable, I hated to come home to my own! I hated to leave, period!! Although I didn't get to meet Melody, because we were going non-stop, she was so gracious, friendly and welcoming every time I communicated with her via phone or text, and she was always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay and Birthday celebration a very special occasion. I can tell from our communications that they are wonderful people and I truly appreciate all they did for us. Thank you so much Melody and Steve! You and your home were/are awesome!!!

The house has everything! Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. Meals & refreshments were enjoyed inside & out. Very comfortable beds, too. Nine women were very happy with this lake oasis!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our arrangement of 3 families. The adults hung out on the beautiful screened in deck and upstairs living room, while the kids had the whole basement living area to themselves. Nicely updated! We loved the view of the trees and lake, and it was easy to park the boat on the bank. Thanks for the stay!
