Nice condo and very responsive host. Property is in the walking distance to many good restaurants and stores, 10 min drive to the Canyon Village. It was well stacked and clean, and a garage to park the car in was a big plus. We definitely will stay there in the future.

This is a great true three bedroom spot in Kimball Junction. The unit was clean, quiet, and had all the basics for an easy stay. It's also a short walking distance to several great restaurants and shops.

Stu and Jeana were also very friendly and helpful both before, during, and after our stay.

Good communication and coordination with the owners. The patio screen door was popped out of its door tracks when we arrived and leaning against the outside slider. Everything else was clean and orderly as described. All things considered it’s a great location and we had a great stay for our nearby meetings. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Comfortable stay
Our family of two adults and two grown sized teens enjoyed a comfortable stay in mid-July. While the unit does not have A/C, it was not a problem using the provided fans and own windows at night. The condo was clean and very convenient.

Wonderful Condo for Families
Our family of six found this condo to be perfect for our ski vacation. The location is convenient to skiing, shops, restaurants, Woodward, etc. I loved that it is next to the Planer Reserve which is just stunning. The condo was well stocked & so comfortable. We loved staying here.

Lovely home in a great location
We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Had lots of supplies. There was shampoo and conditioners and soap, plenty of towels , etc. location is great too. Right near redstone shopping center with lots of restaurants and supermarkets and near outlets and skiing. Highly recommend this!

Great location, clean and perfect for what we were looking for
We stayed the week before Christmas. The condo was the right size for the 5 of us (could have comfortably added two more). The access to skiing was perfect. We could be in the parking lot within 10 minutes! After a great day of skiing, we could be home, cleaned up and eating out at one of the walkable restaurants in no time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook up breakfast/dinner and a Smith's grocery store is a few blocks away. One note to be aware of, our SUV (Ford Expedition) only fit in the garage with the ski rack removed...It definitely would have been bad if we hadn't removed them! That was the only thing that COULD have been bad. Sitting by the fire watching Christmas movies with the kids was perfect! We would definitely rent this place again.

Fall Getaway
Everything was great other than the bathroom electrical outlets with no power, and even though the heat was on the master bedroom was always cold. It was a fun place to stay! It was was very nice to have a garage! Thank you for the opportunity!!

Excellent Condo in Park City!
We had a great stay! I was worried about it being too hot because there is no AC and it was in the eighties while we were there but it cools down so well at night and Jeana provided window fans in every room. Very nice, clean, well maintained and great location.

Beautiful and roomy condo!
We loved staying in this condo in Park City. Very clean and well decorated and furnished! The garage for one of the cars was so nice for hauling in and out luggage, etc. Even though it was not air conditioned, the owners provided ceiling and box fans to keep us cool. Quiet neighborhood - and close to shopping.

This property was fantastic for our family. Very clean, well stocked, and centrally located. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance. The walking/biking trail that runs through the property was great for evening rides. The garage was perfect for storing all of the bikes we brought.

Perfect location for skiing at Park City
There's no place better to stay that is as close to the slopes as this place and you can walk to restaurants and a ski shop . Walmart is just across the road everything you need is right there it was clean huge and the price was amazing. The owner was super easy to get ahold of always got right back with me whenever I ask any question

Property was adequate, but very dark inside. It is however, in a great location. There were bird droppings at the front door from a nest above. Looked disgusting upon arrival. Sorry to be so frank, but we would not stay in this unit again.

Great Location and plenty of room!
Had a great stay for a long weekend of skiiing with family of 5. Location was very convenient to eating and shopping and less than 10 minutes to the slopes. We rented a large SUV so in and out of the garage was a little tight but doable. (Garage was plenty spacious but approach was tight). Owners were very prompt to answer questions and home was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!!

We were there for skiing and the Sundance Film Fest,....and it was easy to access Park City (town and ski resort), as well as, Highway 80 to get to other ski resorts and Salt Lake City.

Perfect Location. Great home.
We had a great time staying in Park City's Red Rock/Kimball Junction area. Home is cozy and spacious. Walking distance to everything we needed and wanted, including groceries, bowling, movies, many restaurants, ski shops, and many shopping choices. Easy drive to all ski slopes. Only a couple of miles from Canyons.

Kimball Junction rental
With a list of "things to do" in the Park City area (visiting relatives, going to the UW/Utah game, being outside) our busy family loved the rental in Kimball Junction. The three bedrooms came in handy (with two small children), the cleanliness so appreciated, and the convenience of having nature walks and stores within walking distance was perfect. Everything was in good working order (we suspected the low water flow in the bathrooms was probably true for all of Park City for conservation) and the layout was great for a family. A bonus for the two year old were the games and the bonus for the adults was cable TV! We would definitely rent again (and could afford the reasonable rent!) and highly recommend this unit.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation of 5. Location, location, location - at a reasonable price we could afford! Right next to any and all shopping, across the street from the Olympic Park, and within minutes of fantastic skiing. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Plenty of room to relax after a long day. The owners were very responsive and worked with us even with a late evening flight - which was greatly appreciated with anxious kids! I would highly recommend this unit.
