Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay. This was our 3rd time. Great accomodations for our big Group. Beds are comfy/ location is superb/ great washer & dryer/ pool. We had everything we needed. Beachtime is super responsive to questions and concerns. Shout out to Joanie who kindly and patiently helped us with a few glitches.

House was very accommodating and clean. 4 full baths and 4 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 full/queen beds. 2 pullout couches. Plenty of linen, towels and about 10 beach towels. The views were amazing and nearness to the beach was fantastic. Pool was very nice and kept clean by a pool guy who stopped in twice a week. We enjoyed our stay!
I would bring dish cloths and dish towels next time as there were none.

The pictures are completely accurate, and the property lived up to our expectations in almost every way. Easy walk to the beach, with beautiful pool and lower level for the teens and twenty somethings to enjoy. Plenty of room, high end furnishings, all the amenities you need for a week away from home. Walked to Caddy's for dinner or drinks and grabbed a drink there while at the beach some days. We won't forget this vacation for a long while. The only very minor thing considering all the great was having to purchase some beach chairs as there weren't enough at the house for the size of our party (although there are a ton of pool recliners/chairs, just not ones you would carry to the beach) - we are a beach family so this mattered to us. Otherwise all great!

The house & pool was even better than we expected. The garage area includes a billiards table, Dart Board and indoor shuffle table that were all a big hit. There were pool toys for the kids and an area off the pool that included a refrigerator and lounge area with a TV. The weather was not great so we depended on the heated pool to entertain the kids. The only drawback was the lack of a hot tub. It does have an over flow area that is a little warmer though.
Our only issue was with the management of the property. When we first arrived we were outside waiting for the cleaning person, who was sitting in the living room waiting for the sheets to dry, to give us the go ahead to enter and I finally decided we weren’t waiting and started unloading our stuff. There were issues with the TV (couldn’t access the Spectrum Cable svc) and an issue with a Security Video system that sits above the main balcony (which is right next to the master bedroom) whose light kept going on and off all night which made it difficult to sleep every night and never did get fixed. We were told by a maintenance guy that the property mgmt grp didn’t have access to it and only the Owners could adjust it. And they never did. Our assigned rep was great to start but wasn’t responding after the 3rd day.
Overall it was a great place though.

House was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Beach is very close. Easy walk across the dunes. Pool and basement area were excellent for our group. The coffee machine did not have a pot and therefore didn’t work which was a let down but they did have a kuerig so we just ran back to grocery store and got k-cups. House could have used one or two more blankets for those that utilized the couch beds but there was a lot of extra sheet sets so we just stacked those up to make a blanket. Overall though, this house was aaaaamazing and I’d definitely stay here again. Love the location, the views, and beds were super comfy.

1 negative the neighbor that runs the little cheap run down motel next door is rude and nosey he had a terrible water leak and just let it run for several days plus he is an absolute jerk. Other than that the house is amazing extremely clean well stocked the games are awesome it ls close to everything you need we would for sure go back!!!

We arrived and were instantly impressed with the properties presentation, but were immediately attacked by mosquitos. Once inside we continued to be pleased. The rooms looked and smelled clean. We have rented this house every other year for 6 years and have always felt it was like paradise. There was a few suggestions. Some of the fire alarms were missing batteries. Definitely need more bath towels and toilet paper. Need to replace blinds in Masterbath and our Internet was down for 2 days at the end of trip. This is the first time we have experienced ANYTHING negative.

This property is perfect for large family wanting to enjoy the beach. We just had a few hangups that could’ve been avoided if it was stated ahead of time. The front doors at entry were not set up correctly so we had to enter at a different point of reference. Every morning at about 11 AM the water would stop working upstairs and bathroom. They called the county but it was an internal issue that needs a plumber to look at it. No follow up with that from property management. We just dealt with it. We saw dolphins, accumulated a lot of sand dollars and the teens really enjoyed being able to run out to the beach at any point. Great overall trip, just a few snags on how Beach Rentals handles things.

Six of us girls stayed here. It was Paradise! The home and views and pool were Amazing!!! We swam in the pool and the ocean everyday! Everything was great! The only downside was there was no bathroom on the lower level where the pool and main hang out area is. Totally don't understand that!! But we still had a Awesome week!!

We loved the private pool and location to the beach. The house was spacious and lovely. A couple of maintenance issues needed attention...the exterior doors needed their lock systems repaired and a couple of little issues with the upstairs water pressure/toilets. I understand the door locks were to be repaired in near future. However, the property was a great location. Our little grandkids had a wonderful time.

We stayed here for spring break with two other families (6 adults and 6 5th-8th grade kids) and it was great! The kitchen is well stocked, pool is awesome, and it was within walking distance to restaurants and Publix. Very convenient location and awesome beach access! Check in and check out was flawless. A dozen or so beach towels are provided, as are some pool toys that previous guests left behind. Would highly recommend!

My 7 friends and myself stayed at the home the first week of November 2022. The home is well appointed as far as beds/baths, furnishings and kitchen...some vacation homes will leave left over spices, foil, baggies, non-perishibles which is very convenient...this home does not which was a bummer to have to buy every little thing we needed. There is some bath products though. Linens and towels were good quality. Beds were comfortable. The front bedrooms do have some traffic noise since the home is on a main road but it wasn't too bad. Light sleepers would want to sleep in the rooms at the back of the home. The location was fantastic!! Walking distance to Publix grocery and liquor store. Walking distance to restaurnts and bars. Caddy's was a 10 min or so walk down the beach which was perfect. The beach is big and full of beautiful white sand!! Just about 50 yards or so from the house. They did have beach chairs and toys in the home so that was convenient. A nice deck to sit and have coffee or watch the amazing sunsets!! We heated the pool which was perfect and comfortable for that time of year. Lots of shade in the pool area for those not wanting direct sun but wanting to be outside which was really nice. The downstairs (pool level) area is a fun area with places to sit, shuffleboard, pool & darts. The only big negative that we all complained about is that there is no restroom on this level which is the level you hang out the most in. Also no powder room so when you have to run upstairs to use the restroom you have to use one of the bathrooms that go with one of the bedrooms. Home has a nice beachy Florida feel and ample dishes, cups, glasses, etc. We used the private chef they recommended and he was absolutely fantastic! Very delicious and would highly recommend!! Master bedroom has a king bed, rest were queens. Master bath is big with a jetted tub but didn't use it. Gorgeous views from the back of the house. All in all a perfect location and great house!

This house is so much fun! Easy access to a section of the beach that is not crowded, perfect pool and game area to keep everyone busy and happy. There were lots of beach things like beach chairs, beach toys and pool floats left by prior renters. Every restaurant we visited was perfect!

This was the 2nd year in a row that we rented this property and we remain just as thrilled as the first. Pride in ownership shows in the condition of this home as well as the updates we noted from last year. This home is VERY clean and maintained. For our large family group of 14 there was more than ample living and recreational space as well as privacy. The pool and bonus outdoor recreation space was wonderful for kids and adults alike! It is a great way to take a break from the sun and relax. Access to the beautiful white sands and the beach is unrivaled. The water was calm and as warm as a bath. Totally worth it .....Again a shout out to Joanie the House Manager who was helpful in the extreme We hope to return again!!

This house is great and perfect for a family to stay in. We had 14 people and plenty of room and fun! The downstairs is so great for hanging out in, playing games, going tot he beach and pool. We already talked about going back. The location is perfect. Very close to Publix and restaurants.
