Die Hauptetage verfügt über eine überdachte Veranda, eine offene Küche und ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über eine private Master-Suite-Oase, wobei sich alle anderen Schlafzimmer auf separaten Ebenen des Hauses befinden. Auf der dritten Ebene befinden sich 4 weitere Schlafzimmer, die sich zwei Badezimmer teilen. Der neue Keller ist mit einem zweiten Wohnzimmer mit TV-Bereich und Bartresen, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer ausgestattet.

Beautiful home and very clean. A very nice location it is a short walk to the beach and to the downtown area.

Fantastic location--we parked when we arrived and walked to everything. Did not get back in our car until it was time to go home. Property was beautiful and so spacious and clean. Our youngest daughter passed away last month and we were grateful for the kind sympathy note and flowers that the hosts left at the home for our arrival. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved the ample bedrooms and family space, the kitchen and grill helped us have wonderful meals, and downtown South Haven and the beach are both just minutes away.

Called management company on HVAC the day after we arrived. 74-76 on the top floor. It was not fixed before we left 6 days later.

Beautiful home close to beach this home is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We spent the weekend with several friends and had a wonderful time. We particularly enjoyed the walk ability of the location and the outdoor gas fire pit. I would highly recommend this property! We absolutely loved everything about it!

This home was easy to check in and out of and had more than enough space for the group. The rooms were all comfortable and the basement areas were nicer than we expected!

Beautiful property. Note: Parking for 2 vehicles only, not 4 as stated in the property info. Unless you block portion of sidewalk, which got us tickets overnight.

Mostly positive, but there were some problems. Called and got answering service most of the time. Communication with them was not always the best.

This property was great for a large group. We had plenty of space. The location was perfect 3 blocks to beach and 3 blocks to town. Need to bring your own beach chairs as the house does not have any.

We had a problem with the a/c, the owner/manager responded right away. Great response. Everything else about the home was perfect, just as advertised. Thanks for making our stay in South Haven perfect!

Perfection

Great stay and location!
Our stay was September 16 - 19, 2021. The house was clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable. The front porch with the rocking chairs was a big bonus. The outside grounds were well kept and lovely. We spent a lot of our time outside on the front porch. The back albeit was pretty and inviting, it was a bit close to the neighbors around and there was no privacy. Not a big issue. We did have trouble with the air conditioning but it was quickly remedied. The gorgeous beach was a short 3 block walk and downtown was a quick 2 block walk. The location was great. It was a great long weekend!

Beautiful, large, close to everything
We had a group of 16 people- 4 families with kids- and loved the house! Great layout, plenty of space, an easy walk to beach and town. We would definitely rent again.

Great Week and Fabulous Location
We really under-appreciated how great the location would be for this home in Southhaven-it is literally three blocks from the beach and three blocks from town. We walked everywhere and were so happy to do so. Our family of 11 (ages 70-7) had a wonderful 4th of july. The home is spacious, well equipped and clean. We really had no complaints.

Truly wonderful experience
This is a roomy home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths so everyone had their space, and the common area is open and spacious. The location is perfect - 3 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to the channel, 3 blocks to downtown, 6 min to the grocery stores. We loved the firepit in the evenings, and the corner lot meant we had plenty of parking. The property management was stellar - We had a couple of VERY small problems, and they responded immediately. The only surprising thing was that, with such a big house, the pans are small. We are a bunch of foodies who love to cook for each other, and we had to bring our own pans. (We accidentally left our big pot behind, so you'll be able to make adequate pasta.) Thank you to the owner and to the management company for an outstanding week!!!

Amazing house in great location!
I rented this house for a girls weekend to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect. Honestly the house is even better in person than in the pictures. Bedrooms are very spacious and spread out. The 5 bathrooms were very clean and allowed space for everyone to get ready. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. The house is about 3-5 minute walk to beach with easy access and about 5-7 minute walk to restaurants. Honestly don't have a single complaint!

Wonderful Property!
We had an excellent experience staying at this home for a long weekend away. The house was very clean, was much larger than we were anticipating & was so close to town. The finished basement was like it’s own little apartment. Highly recommend staying here!

This house is beautiful and it is in the best location! Walking distance to the lake and all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The house had plenty of space for our group. It was amazing!

Great Property
We had a group of couples stay here for my Brother's wedding last weekend and the house was great. Plenty of space, plenty of rooms. I particular liked that every bathroom had a shower. We walked to the beach, we walked to downtown! Communication with management was easy and their instructions were detailed.

Labor Day Weekend Trip
We loved the house, location to the beach, location to downtown. All was walkable. Love the hardwoods throughout as it felt clean. Beds slept great as well. Only suggestions: Privacy panel or trees out back between the paver area and the neighbors. Would enhance the property having a little more privacy. Master bathroom had a slow drain and tub would fill with water. That was really the only down falls. However would give this property 5 stars as it was a great trip all around!
