Unser Stadthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich in Sugar Beach. Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Anwesen in Navarre Beach. Heimat der wunderschönen weißen Sandstrände Floridas, Komplimente des Golfs von Mexiko. Der Strand und der beheizte Pool sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wenn Sie Wert auf Privatsphäre legen, können Sie auf Ihrer eigenen Terrasse mit Gartentisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm entspannen. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden, damit Sie mit Familie / Freunden grillen können.
In unserem offenen Grundriss mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, WC und Waschküche im Erdgeschoss können Sie sich entspannen.

We had such a great stay at this townhouse.

We had a wonderful time. Close to the beach and not too crowded. Within walking distance to several food places/bars. 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola. My only complaint would be the dishes were dirty that we were pulling out of the cabinets and drawers. Not anyone’s fault. Will absolutely stay again.

The property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The storage shed in the back was a nice touch with some chairs and umbrellas and beach toys! The walk to the beach was very short and easy. We will definitely be back!

Well stocked and comfortable, great location and easy access to beach. Property is slightly older, but in great shape. Would definitley stay again.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was never over crowded. Great place to relax and unwind. Beaches were beautiful and the beds were so comfy!! Definitely won’t be our last time. Everything you needed was available, even beach toys! We spent one evening playing monopoly! Host was great and easy to contact! Look forward to staying there again!!

Loved the condo and amenities - close to good restaurants and convenient. Parking was great too! Internet service on the beach was less than desirable but worked okay in the condo. The beach was not as crowded in front of Sugar Beach as it was down toward the pier, which was great! Already booked for next year!

We have stayed at this location for many years and always enjoy the accommodations and close proximity to the beach. Navarre FL is Floridas best kept secret.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Julie is a pleasure to speak with. I gifted the vacation to my family for Christmas!! So glad we had the opportunity to stay here. We enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation while relaxing, laughing and making memories. I would highly recommend staying in 1 of the 2 condos that she has. Hope to do this again soon. God bless.

Great location with a direct short boardwalk to the beach. Amazing wildlife with fish and dolphins and some nice beachcombing for shells.
The garbage disposal broke but the hosts jumped in right away to make it better. They are responsive and available to communicate. A great fun vacation. A very comfortable stay.

Equipment kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Washer and Dryer was very helpful during stay.
Close proximity to the beach. The listing is a little deceiving . Listing map shows unit to be adjacent to the beach. This specific unit is actually closer to the street than the beach.
Still a great unit just not facing the beach.

We had an fantastic time. Short walk to the beach, Pool in the complex and located in between Pensacola and Fort Walton. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a long ladies’ getaway weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julie, the property owner, was wonderful and very easy to communicate with when we had a few hiccups with the door lock and then when a very strong storm came through and some minor issues resulted. The condo is very comfy and quiet and the beach is absolutely gorgeous and best of all NOT CROWDED! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. Short walk to the beach and so much to do around! The place was so cute and decorated so cute. Had everything we needed. We all really enjoyed it and was so sad to leave!

30 day vacation experiment
This was our first adventure in snowbirding. We wanted to see if a 30 day visit to Fl from cold Wisconsin was a good idea for us. We found this property and reserved it 11 months in advance. The VRBO information was accurate, the owners were friendly and responsive to our communications and questions, and the payment requests were reasonable. We found the property to be as advertised and enjoyed the property and area.
We were impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped, the comfortable beds, the outside equipment like available beach chairs, and a grill to cook on. The property was very clean and bright and the distance from the beach was nice.

This is a great condo. Very clean and had all of the amenities, including dishes, pots, pans, paper towels, soap, charcoal for the grill, beach towels, etc. Lots of various beach stuff like chairs and buckets in the shed. Nice furniture and beds. Close walk to the beach. My only issue was that the pool heat wasn't on as advertised. Not a deal breaker, though.
