Perfect place to stay with family!! We booked the house to stay because it was close the campus and had plenty of room for us.

We came here from Colorado for a softball tournament, we shared the house with 3 other families and it was perfect! The house was clean, had all the amenities and was a great setup. Holly was great when we had a few questions, and very responsive and quick! The game room was a great addition, all the kids and adults had a great time using it!

The house is awesome, just like the pictures. Plenty of space and sparkling clean! The hot tub was amazing. We were family and friends staying here for a hunting trip and it was perfect.

The pricing was fair for the number of people and pets staying. The property could use a very deep and thorough cleaning though. The beds are not super comfortable, but there were adequate arrangements for large groups. The indoor and outdoor games were missing pieces so I recommend bringing your own activities. When the dryer broke, the owner was quick to respond and quick to get the repair scheduled, despite the Thanksgiving holiday.

House was perfect for our family. Stayed the week visiting our son. Kitchen came with nice complement of necessities. Nice to have a grill outside to cook on. Master Bedroom and master bath was great and roomy. Backyard was nice to sit outside and and enjoy the great fall weather. Neighborhood was nice and safe and great to walk around and look at Halloween decorations. Would easily stay here again.

We had young kids 6 to 12 plus 2 college age kids and 5 adults, the house was perfect for all of us. The gameroom was absolutely perfect, maximum entertainment space and hang out for the adults after the younger ones were in bed. Would definitely rent again.

We also live in the area but had guests staying with us for a graduation and this was the perfect comfy, home away from home. It accommodated our family wonderfully and we enjoyed the backyard games and grill! We've bookmarked this home for next family gatherings!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Very clean spacious and comfortable. The hosts try to accommodate for everything we needed. Game room was fun for all ages. This is a quiet family neighborhood. The yard is securely fenced and there are sidewalks if you like to take a walk. It is easy to find and the host is easy to communicate with.

Graduation celebration
Booked this property 1 year out from daughters TTU graduation. Communication from day one has been quick. Any questions asked were answered in timely manner. House was clean and well stocked. Tons of room for our family. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. If ever back in Lubbock we would definitely stay here. Thanks!

This is our favorite vacation rental in Lubbock. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Spacious home with everything you need. Securely fenced back yard, and ample kitchen. Comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The host was excellent and repatriated a valued belonging we accidentally left behind.

We had a great stay in a perfect home that can comfortably sleep 12 girls! The location is perfect and in a great neighborhood! Would highly recommend to any family and friends needing to stay in Lubbock for a few days!

This property was perfect to host 12 girls for a week long stay in Lubbock! The hosts were very responsive when we had concerns and made the check-in/out process easy. There were tons of extra blankets and sheets which we all appreciated! We grilled and cooked several nights and had just about everything we needed when it came to cooking supplies. Overall a great stay!!

Wedding weekend
This house was great for my family which includes children and grandchildren. Great location near school playground and wedding venue. 4bedrooms and open living area served us well.

Love, love, loved our stay! Loved most having a garage w/remote to park our vehicle out of the weather conditions! The bathroom is huge w/walk in shower. Mattress was comfy. Kitchen is nice & plenty of appliances for use. Owner super attentive & quick to respond! Felt safe at all times. Definitely will stay again next time in town!
