The property manager was excellent to communicate with and made our arrival and departure easy. The home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed the available board games and shared pool. If we were coming to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

The place was amazing in a nice, quiet location. Easy to get to the restaurants and beach. And Melissa, the property manager, was extremely helpful.

Clean, quiet and convenient two story townhouse central to island village, beach and attractions. Property mgr. Melissa met us at the door to show us the door keypad and answered all our questions. Nicely fenced outdoor patio for morning coffee or dinner.

Host worked with us in short term notice ta make a wonderful weekend possible. Great communication and great property for a relaxing weekend. Property manager/cleaner was one of thr friendliest people I've met. 5 stars would recommend.

We used this property for a staycation for friends coming down to visit in our sweet little hometown and it was PERFECT! The owners were so responsive before, during, and after the stay! The property was in a perfect location, clean, spacious, it had everything we needed, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We 100% recommended this property if you are looking for a place to stay on SSI that is close to beaches and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood! Will definitely book again. The location of the condo was great. Very easy to find and also easy access to restaurants. They also had the best movie collection!!!

Listing as advertised! Short drive (walk was possible) to the beach and downtown area. Great for our weekend getaway.

We love this place. Perfect location, is very comfortable and relaxing, and is clean and well kept!

We enjoyed staying in this cheerful condo. Location was great for renting bikes and riding to beaches, park, and village center.

There’s a lot to like about this townhouse. Nothing fancy but it’s nicely decorated, absolutely spotless, well equipped, and everything works. The upstairs bathroom has plenty of storage with two medicine cabinets, a small closet, and lots of hooks. It even includes a bathroom scale which you may (or may not) want to use. The gated fenced-in patio in back has an overhang that we used to keep my bike out of the rain and away from prying eyes. The gate latch is on the inside, but bring a padlock if you want additional security. As others have noted, owners David and Laura and property manager Melissa are very responsive. The dishwasher motor went out half way though our stay. The repair folks indicated it was unrepairable, and we had a new dishwasher within two 2 hours. They also cleaned the unit half way through our 4 week stay. Although the unit sleeps four, it is really best for two because of the single bathroom. The development is very quiet because it is well away from the Saint Simons village, and the neighbors are quite friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

It is a great place to stay on Saint Simmons. Well worth the price. It is not 5*****. It is not advertised as that. If you expect 5***** then do not be cheap. That costs a great deal more.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simon Island, and as we expected, we were not at the unit very much because we were on the go most of the time. It was all we needed, had all the items a couple would need for a long weekend. With only one full bath, it would would have been a little cramped for two couples, or a family with older kids. We liked the central location. We rented bikes, and could be on east beach or downtown in just minutes, and walked to both a few times.
