Klavier, Schreibtisch. Wohnzimmer mit 55 "-Flachbild-Smart-TV und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen. Nagelneue Geräte in der Küche, einschließlich Edelstahlkühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd / Ofen und Mikrowelle und Keurig Kaffeemaschine. Deck off Küche mit Esstisch und 4 Stühlen. Große Veranda vor dem Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Korbmöbeln. Fahrradkeller. Brandneue Wärmepumpe / Klimaanlage und Gasofen. Fantastische Lage für Familien, da es Gehwege von der Haustür zu den Einkaufsstraßen in der Innenstadt und zum Brevard College gibt. Die Hauptbibliothek des Landkreises ist zwei Blocks entfernt und bietet ein Amphitheater mit kostenlosen Musikkonzerten an verschiedenen Terminen im Sommer und Herbst. Bibliothekskonzerte sind für Kinder und Erwachsene jeden Alters geeignet. Der Bauernmarkt ist drei Blocks entfernt und bietet Produkte, Fleisch und Eier aus lokalem Anbau. Geöffnet von Samstagmorgen um 8.00 Uhr - April bis Dezember.

Kevin was a great host. The house was well appointed for a very comfortable stay. Sitting on the front porch at the end of each day was a treat, watching people, pets and wildlife including white squirrels and listening to the songbirds. A short walk took us downtown to several restaurants and shops. A small herd of deer in the yard bid us farewell on our departure at the end of our stay.

My husband and I (and our pups) enjoyed our stay here! The house was well equipped for what we needed, and we loved the location. It was a short walk to the shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood was quiet and calm. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and the check in/out process was seamless.

The cottage is within walking distance to downtown, and a short drive to both Pisgah and Dupont Forests. The cottage was charming, clean, quiet with all the amenities anyone would want.

This is our second year staying in this bungalow. It is in the perfect location for everything Brevard has to offer. The cottage is clean, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend.

This lovely house was perfect for our getaway to Brevard. The house itself with lovely, very clean, and very well-cared for with two bedrooms, two baths, a nice kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. However, the best features were 1.) the gorgeous gardens surrounding the house, the 2.) two large porches where we spent a lot of our time, and 3.) the location - we could walk around a lovely neighborhood and easily walk on sidewalks all the way to downtown Brevard. We will return to this house
and will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Love Brevard and the surrounding area. This property is a gem. Could not be more convenient to downtown Brevard. We only used the car to drive to all the hiking trails and waterfalls that are nearby. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated, situated in a friendly walkable neighborhood.

My husband, and I, from Colorado met with our daughter and son in law, from Clyde, N.C. to visit. This was a lovely house that felt like home. The location was perfect to explore Brevard. My clever son in law musician even entertained us on the piano!

The cottage is clean and well cared for and we stayed perfectly warm during the cold snap (temperatures in the teens). The location is perfect, the house is situated in a mature, walkable neighborhood. We were able to easily walk downtown. Elda was quick with communication and was very helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely go back!

Our eleventh VRBO stay in Brevard was comfortable, safe, charming and convenient. Plus, we had 22 white squirrel sightings, a record for us, just on neighborhood walks. The window light and big white dining table were perfect for me to work on three watercolor paintings, one of the brilliant fall trees. I brought some Hans Zimmer pieces and enjoyed bringing the Story & Clark to life each day, what resonance! We discovered GORGES STATE PARK, hiked there, at Hooker’s Falls, and in DuPont, too chilly for bugs, yay! Downtown and Maple Street right out front had charming Halloween festivities. Kudos!

The house was awesome and such a great neighborhood and location. The porch was great too! Elda and Kevin were amazing and took such good care of us before we got there and during our stay. We were there a little before Halloween so the whole town was decorated for the season. We will be back!

This bungalow house was everything we wanted for our stay in Brevard.
We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to a small family or two couples. It was perfect for my husband and I. We had family in the area that came over for visits.The front porch was a perfect for relaxing, reading, visiting or napping. We really appreciate that our dog was allowed too!!

Lovely bungalow on Maple Street
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Maple Street bungalow. Elda has really thought about everything one might need during your stay. The house was very cozy and front porch was great for reading and drinking lemonade. Great location for walking to town. Look forward to my next visit.

The property is well maintained with a beautiful yard and two porches with comfortable seating. Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry.

This precious little house is so very well appointed and in a lovely neighborhood. All of the amenities are of high quality and the attention to detail by the owners is appreciated. It was the perfect little home to recover from knee surgery and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
