Overall great location and nice house. Only downside is that I was informed the hot tub wouldn't be functional as the heat pump broke and needed to be replaced. Luckily they informed me the day before it would be functional. Unfortunately it wasn't functional which was disappointing. I had asked if they would be willing to have the owner extend a discount (I realize there is no obligation to do so) but I didn't hear back from them before I checked out. I think that would have been a nice gesture as the hot tub was key selling point in renting this property.

The stay was great! We love Cambria and the proximity to the bluffs was perfect. The hot tub was slightly murky at check in, but overall an incredible stay. Would definitely come back.

Very nice property with lovely views of the ocean from the rooftop & upper living area. Nearby walking trails & lots of wildlife to see. A bit remote but still relatively close to food & shops but phone reception was nil even with WiFi connection. Property was nicely maintained & comfortable, although slightly outdated. Enjoyed our stay here!

Such an excellent location yielding great views and very quiet. A block or two from the ocean and from the land preserve and hiking trails. You will see deer and other wildlife all day long. House is kept up very nicely and has everything you will need.
Kudos for the owner and property manager.
PS… the outdoor grill is gas, you will not need to bring charcoal or lighter fluid

Home has everything you need. Jacuzzi is a nice bonus for after hiking, biking, or surfing. Neighborhood is super quiet and deer hang out in the yard. Great place to stay 10/10

A group of 5 of us stayed at Dolphin Dreams and it suited our group perfectly. We had an issue with the downstairs bathroom by the management company took care of it. House is well kept even if dated and the location is excellent!

Great location and living room view
The property with ocean view is bright with well equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious and very relaxing, In addition the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve trail is just 50 steps away. The trail goes along the coastline is carpeted with wild the flowers and interesting plants in June. And the tidewater pools by the trail are full of amazing sea critters.

The location and view was spectacular. But the BBQ didn't light. My husband had to use a piece of burning cardboard to get it going. The hot tub(the reason for booking this place) took over 12 hours to get up to temperature so it wasn't usable for half our stay.

Overall, the property was beautiful. We mainly rented it for the hot tub. However it's on the roof, so there is another flight of stairs to climb, you're completely exposed to other neighbors and have no privacy. The kitchen is spacious but the living room has a very limited view of the ocean. Gorgeous garden area in the back, but can only get to it from the side garage door or you go through the downstairs bedroom. It's a beautiful house, I love that it had 3 restrooms, it just wasn't what I was looking for.

Overall, the property was beautiful. We mainly rented it for the hot tub. We had a great trip! House was very clean. Are only issue was there was no instructions on the jacuzzi and it took a long time to heat up. The display on the jacuzzi was confusing and we had concerns if we had turned it off. Management company was helpful but their lock to lockbox was difficult to open.

The lock is hard to work and I’m sure it’s troublesome for many people. the house is very nice, nicely styled and decorated, the deck and roof spaces are really good, the location is great, it was well-prepared for our arrival and the property management company was easy to deal with. However, the TV reception was frequently broken up and pixelated, the internet access was very spotty, up and down all day. These may be more cable/ISP provider issues, but they should be disclosed so people know what to expect. Not a big problem for a short stay but could be annoying for a longer stay - especially the unreliable internet access.

Dolphin Dreams was even better than the photos. The sunset view, free roaming deer and weasels, coupled with proximity to the ocean and trails was nothing less than spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean with all the amenities and kitchen appliances. We loved our tome in Cambria and are already looking forward to a return trip.

This is a wonderful vacation rental-the house is gorgeous and the view from the roof and balconies is incredible. The property was extremely well maintained and very clean when we arrived except for ants, which were present and occasionally showed up in significant numbers. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and all the appliances worked perfectly and were clean and quite nice. The hot tub on the roof is fabulous and really makes the house unique and worth it. All the beds, bedding, towels, were great!
My only complaint would be the TV set up. The TV is quite small and there is only cable, no streaming services that we would have signed in to. We would have liked to watch movies at night with our kids, but the current TV just didn't lend itself to that. Other than that, it really was a great rental and I would definitely stay here again!

Just steps away from the bluff trail at Fiscalini Ranch where we took sunset walks and had lots of sightings of sea otters and seals. Close to Moonstone Beach.
