A nice house in a great location. Pool was very nice and relaxing had plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was great to walk to the circle, restaraunts and the beach. Property manager and maitenence were very prompt to address any questions or problem we had during our stay.

This property was amazing, perfect for our family of six. Very short walk from St. Armands Circle, and plenty of other activities within a short drive, including the amazing beaches. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great as well. Our whole family loved it. The property manager was extremely helpful and took great care of us. We would love to stay here again next time!

We were fortunate to have 5 weeks at this clean and functional house. First the location is truly a block and a half from St Armand's Circle. But when we were in the very private backyard with the pool and palm trees we didn't hear anything except frogs. We have two dogs, and never had to worry about them getting out to the street. The outside area has 3 different relaxation spots, and all are gated from the road and from each other. The front yard has a porch-type swing and a lovely fountain and pond; there's a terrific eating area with large table and grill on the side; and then there's the beautiful pool area in back. The beach is about .8 miles away. We tried walking it using the buggy but it was too much for us, so we just put the chairs and buggy in the car and tried all of the beautiful Lido beaches. We had a single friend stay for a couple of days, and the house is laid out in a way that ensures privacy. Two of the bedrooms are separated from the master suite by the living room and kitchen so everyone feels like they have their own private bedroom/bath. We had a couple of questions, and Courtney and Steve were always responsive. The pool is not screened in, so the palm leaves fall in sometimes. Trevor, the pool maintenance guy, was there like clockwork every Thurs morning, and kept it clean and working. We had no issues. It doesn't get any better than staying at this lovely house in the best location I can think of in Sarasota.

Wonderful experience with the property managers and the location is unbeatable. Pool is fenced in for those worried about kid safety. A little bit of a walk to the beach but right off of all of the shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend

The house was very clean! Couldn't ask for a better location, a couple minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We made the change to Lido Key this year from Siesta Key, and we will never go back! Definitely will book this again for next year.

We really enjoyed the location of the house. Each night, we walked to the square and took in the shops. It is about a two minute walk. We also walked to the beach, which is a bit longer but completely manageable. The day we spent on the beach, we drove and parked at a public lot so we wouldn’t have to lug everything during the walk. You really will have a tough time beating the location of the house. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. Our only complaint would be that there was no hot water running to one of the bathrooms. Also, the toilet in that bathroom ‘ran’ frequently and actually, the tank was filled with hot water! So, it was a little disappointing that we couldn’t utilize all of the showers. And I am having trouble understanding why the hot water wouldn’t work in one.

Check in process easy. Great house layout. 3 nice bedroom (1 huge). Backyard is well kept. Pool is great. Great choice of sun or shade. Nice amenities include the gas grill and a couple of bicycles. Very nice quality beach towels.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property and can’t wait to come back. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops on St Armand. Can’t beat this location

Wonderful property for we and our family!!

This house is walking distance to all restaurants and shops! We all sat outside at the table every morning to have our coffee. Very private and tropical . The pool was nice, the weather was unusually cool, we didn’t use. The house was spacious and clean. The host and also Steve very helpful!

The property was lovely except for the AC not working on one side of the house where the babies and their parents were staying. After many attempts by the property manager to fix the problem, the management company brought in 2 portable AC's to attempt to ameliorate the heat. The units were somewhat effective but didn't really fully cool the bedrooms until the last night we were there. It was a particularly hot week in Sarasota so there was very little reprieve from the heat. We were happy to be together so we made the best of it..

This Lido Key home is beautiful, clean and in an amazing location! We felt safe and at home as soon as we walked in. The directions for getting in were very clear and communication with the managers was easy and they are very responsive and kind. It is a short walk to St. Armand's Circle where there are awesome shops and delicious food! It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the home had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The beds are very comfortable as well as the couches in the living room. The kitchen had all the appliances and accessories we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool was warm and clean! Our overall stay was so amazing and we cannot wait to come back and stay again very soon!!

This home is located in the perfect location. No need to use your vehicle. Very short walks to shops and beach. The home is very nice. With some upgrades it would be perfect. Any issues were addressed very quickly by Steve. He was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. Great vacation!!!

Steve the property manager was excellent. As we were there for quite some time we had a few things happen as expected. However, Steve took care of things immediately.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It’s close to Armand Circle, the beach and the downtown area of Sarasota. It has all updated features and a pool for the grandkids. The nights got a little cool once the sun went down so the fire pit came in especially handy for a very relaxing evening. The beach was an 8 minute walk for me. Which allowed me to get up and walk it every morning to enjoy some shell searching along with a beautiful sunrise each day. You can just park your car when you get to this house and not have to worry about getting involved with any of the traffic because you’re walking everywhere you go. It also includes bicycles and beach supplies so you don’t have to worry about bringing any of that. It had a beautiful kitchen and a lot of things to help you get your meal started if you choose to cook at home. I would highly recommend this to anyone that just wants to get away and enjoy the area. If I was to make a suggestions to improve my stay, the only one I would do was they need to put the maximum temperature on the pool heater. The pool guy stop by one day and he said the highest you should said it to would be 85°. It was cool the night before so we had it set at 87° not knowing that you weren’t supposed to go over 85. So he shut the pool down for that day and said we couldn’t use it till the next day. Which is hard to explain to a 4 and a 7yr old. Other than that I have no complaints and would definitely rent this again and probably will. Thanks for making your home available to all of us travelers.

Perfect venue for 4, 60-something gals. Our visit was during the busy President's Day weekend where it was bumper-to-bumper cars and people but due to its location, we were able to keep our cars parked as it was an easy walk to everywhere. The beds were comfy and so was the living room configuration. There are large screen TVs in every bedroom. The pool was clean and inviting and great for an afternoon of lounging. Would definitely consider this property again.

Nice sized home, inside and out. Really like the private fenced pool and fire pit in back. Very responsive ownership for any issue. So close to both longboat key for tennis and lido key for the beach.

Very nice rental in perfect location. Would like a few more large serving bowls in the kitchen but this is minor.

We appreciated being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. This was a relaxing place for our Florida Christmas vacation.

This was our second stay at this property and was again a great experience. The property is a 5 min walk to the St Armands Circle shops and restaurants and the home has a great layout. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a family with teens is perfect!

I have been coming to the Sarasota/Lido Beach are for 45 years and it seems to get better every time. Our stay this time was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable and the house had everything we could have wanted. The location was absolutely perfect and a very short walk to St. Armand's and the beach. The grill, pool, tv's.....everything was great! Thank you again for offering your home and providing a great experience.

Steps to St Armand's for great food & shopping. Short walk to the beach or intercoastal. Great swing out front for afternoon reading, a perfect pool for the kids to play in and for us to get some sun! Highly recommend!

First time visitors to St Armands. Super fun place!

This is an ideal location for travelers looking to get a blend of beach, shopping, dinners in and out. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Directions very clear and property manager very responsive. I’ll stay again!
